Dry oils are more efficient when applied befire the body lotions because they penetrate the skin faster and provides moisture to the skin

Hi, this depends on your preference. I personally would use a body lotion/cream before using any oil. Moisturizing your body/face is important. Oil is majorly to seal and some people can do without using it it. I hope this helps.

The palmers therapy oil is not moisturizing body oil… it’ is use for treatment. The therapy oil is applied before using your body lotion/cream/butter
