TERRIBLE NEWS For Lance Stroll After Honda & Tsunoda's SHOCKING STATEMENT!

- ■ Yuki Tsunoda has opened up about the current situation revolving around his future in the sport, and it seems like the Japanese driver is not ruling out the possibility of being part of Aston Martin at some point down the line from 2026 onwards. Right now, the situation is very complicated because, although he is in a contractual situation with Red Bull, it is Honda who supported him through the ranks he currently holds. With this in mind, could we see the Silverstone-based squad finally cut ties with the controversial Canadian driver, and more importantly, is Tsunoda the right choice to replace him in the first place?

If you cannot keep up you shouldn’t be in f1, remember lance has been in the sport a long time, he is not a rookie, Lando Norris and George Russell have less experience and look at them.

I think Lawrence trying to sell stakes in the team is a good sign that Lance might be headed out, and Yuki replacing him makes the most sense.
Not just that Lance would & should be replaced...but also that Honda WILL and SHOULD pressure Aston Martin to put Yuki in the seat instead of Lance. Honda fully backs and supports their drivers, and I 100% expect them to come at Big Daddy Stroll and say "Yuki IS the second seat driver....PERIOD!"
Lance is NOT pulling his weight in the team dynamic, and putting Yuki in who IS more than pulling his weight at RB would be amazing given how well Fernando is able to put his car up and pressure Max and everyone else to a high desgree. Now imagine having TWO Aston's doing it!!! Fernando & Yuki 2025!!!!!

A great prospect to think about, but I find it infinitely more likely for Sigmalonso to be sacked and replaced with Tsunoda so the spastic can keep his seat. Who knows tho; perhaps Lance will find his way to the Valkyrie program
I'd like to see Lance compared to the same standard as a "normal" driver. If that was the case he'd have been gone last year.

Although I like Yuki and it makes sense with the Japanese connection, Sainz is the one they should go for he’s one of the very few to win in recent years and will be hungry to perform after being released from Ferrari. All Spanish dream team of Sainz and Alonso 🇪🇸
Mike talks about the project revolving around Lance. But since he's not a top dog, this direction will only make it worse for the better driver.
Lawrence Stroll will always be a majority stake investor until the team stops making money for him. His moves to sell smaller stakes is simply good investing as he can capitalize on the team’s increased value.
This is to say Lance Stroll will always be a driver in Aston Martin unless he himself decides to leave.
Stroll is proof that F1 is keeping a competitive Andretti team out, while protecting wholly uncompetitive losers (Alpine too!)

The question should be is WHY Tsunoda is NOT being considered for RB. He has beaten every teammate. Maybe because they feel he is not Marketable or that he is not European. No other reason makes since
Honda is the reason that Tsunoda is still a Red Bull driver , he would be booted earlier if Honda hadn't supported him and now in his 4th season he is performing well but to say that he top 5 level? not really
@@user-hm5nn9pk8n Why, booted, he is out performing everyone of his teammates. We understand a Stroll having a seat BUT he is not performing. If your performing why is your seat determined by your countries engine supplier. Nobodies saying that about French drivers with French engine supplier teams
@@user-ds9ky7ov8s Well he didn't out perform Gasly in his first 2 seasons and seen how harsh Red Bull can be to drivers it must have been his Honda support that helped him to keep that seat. Gasly then leaving secured him the seat for the next year, now he's performing well but not on a level needed to be 2nd in Red Bull.

IN 2016 DANIEL R finished 3rd in championship Max V finished 5th, meaning at years end he out performed Max, So are you saying Max also should have lost his seat or there are other circumstances that RB uses. Like Max grew, so has Tsunoda. So it Can't be that
@@user-ds9ky7ov8s There are always other circumstances in play in these matters , like are there promising replacements at hand and then there weren't. But after today his chances of staying are growing as Ricciardo and Perez had an off day.
I’m not sure who is the “right man for the job” but Stroll is definitely not. He should do the right thing for the team and step aside.

A Honda in a Red Bull car is understandable, Red Bull being a energy drink, but a Honda in a Aston Martin? Aston Martin has always been known as a luxury car brand and they need a Honda motor 😂 Yes I know the Honda motor is one of the best going around the F1 paddock at present but like the Stroll's being involved in Aston Martin, having a Honda in your own branded Aston Martin car instead of your own engine must be a bit of a kick in the nuts for Aston.

That is a lot of speculation... Stroll will never be replaced. His father bought the company because of his son. The only way Stroll leaves the team is if he quits or gets kicked out. He is a decent enough driver to stay in F1 based only on that. Yuki is good and would love to see him go to a better performing team but the way the field looks there will be problem with him changing teams because theres not many places to go. Especially with Carlos on the market. What I believe needs to happen is we need some better teams like replacing williams, Kick Sauber and Haas. They just suck period. There needs to be more teams like RB, Ferrari and Mercedes. Teams that are more capable. This is the big show and no room for the barely able...

@@buffhomer If interested in F1 as a sport, use the same ruling they used against Andretti to remain in the grid. Not bringing value, lack of performance. But yeah, I watch F1, and it's NOT a sporting sanction, it's an exclusive private club for rich folks to play in. All current members are protected.
Let's be honest. Replacing Stroll with Tsunoda is not really much of an upgrade. Sure Honda might be keen to have a Japanese driver in the team, but it doesn't solve their problem of having 1 excellent driver and 1 ehh not so good. If Tsunoda was really a talented driver, he would be able to secure a seat in another team not hinging on Honda and the fact he happens to be from Japan.
Lance should step a side, take a paid reserve driver/non driver position, so his seat goes towards a driver more deserving
