Taiwanese person here, we use chopsticks frequently and I don't think I can eat a hamburger holding chopsticks properly, if someone were to ask me to eat a hamburger with chopsticks, I would hold it the same way they did in the ad.

Or An american celebration burger where its just a bunch of slop piled on to a bun with a statue of liberty in the background and fireworks. You make some strong points, but I don't watch TV anymore since Highschool. So, I hope something out there exist and closely fits that description. xDD
In Australia we have Hungry jacks because when burger king came over here the name was under another company's ownership, so they called them self hungry jacks. New Zealand has burger king, and New Zealand is not in Australia.
