Join me and my brother Hadi in Riyadh as we embark on a culinary adventure to try some of the greatest Arabic dishes. A special thank you to Flynas for sponsoring this incredible trip!
Our first stop was Tofereya, a traditional Arabic restaurant in the heart of Saudi Arabia. Tofereya boasts a warm and inviting ambiance, featuring intricate Middle Eastern decor and soft lighting. Here, we indulged in Fattah Ras Mandi, a unique dish of lamb head meat with crispy bread, yogurt, chickpeas, tomato sauce, pine nuts, and sumac. The lamb trotters and sauce, enriched with yogurt, had an exceptionally distinct flavor that some even call "natural viagra." I also enjoyed it with chili sauce, which was outstanding.
Next, we savored a special lamb head dish cooked with butter, almonds, and a variety of ingredients. Paired with a black sauce, this dish reached new heights of flavor. We also enjoyed the lamb head with a side of salad, tahini sauce, yogurt, and special spices, accompanied by lamb head broth and bread.
Afterward, we visited Al Baik, the most famous Saudi Arabian fried chicken spot in Riyadh. Here, we tried the renowned chicken fillet and chicken with bones along with garlic sauce, and it certainly lived up to the hype.
Our final stop was Mama Noura, a beloved establishment with over 30 years of history and nine branches. We had the best shawarma ever, wrapped in slices of bread. Both the chicken with garlic sauce and the beef were incredibly juicy and tender-truly the best shawarma in the world.

No trust me that Shawarma place is number one in the world. I lived in Saudi for 15 years and have traveled and lived in the world since, no Shawarma can match this Mama Noura place
