Pretty sure that as long as the boss is marked, it will do the extra percentage damage from the unique stat because it does the percent damage to any marked enemy.
The blood damage of barbarians two handed sword expertise does mark the enemies as well. ALSO when it was triggered by a basic skill. So you can mark and at the same time trigger paingorgers with two handed sword expertise active by only using a basic skill. So you basically get a x200% buff on your basic skill for single targets as well with that idea.

Just got this item and I’ve theory crafting like crazy. This item is a gear set called Negotiators Dilemma in The Division 2 as it transfers damage to NPC’s via crit damage.
Adding secondaty effects of the basic attacks to the spread of marked enemies is a must fix for these to really shine

Just tried these out today. They work wonders with a fast barb who berserks constantly AND who gets fire damage WITH berserk. My god...everything just turns to mush. Combine it with Azurwrath (attack speed) and RROF (attack speed), and you will kill everything in sight nice and fast. Use it!!! The fire damage while berserking aspect is what triggers it...amazing.
The mush part made me laugh😂😂😂 I’m on rogue I will try them🙂
You can get good single target DPS and AoE clear using these gloves alongside the Overcharged Aspect on a Stormclaw build
I think the ONLY build that can make good use of this is Arc Lash Sorc. I have a paingorgers build that does T100 in around 3 minutes. You just have to understand that paingorgers damage is screwy. It is an echo damage, so the only thing that effects it is like Vulnerability or +elemental...
Have you played ALL of the classes and options to confirm this, no.
The wording says "The first basic attack " spreads the damage. Or do the subsequent attacks also see a damage increase during the 3 second window?
My assumption has been that it's still multiple times.
I have tested it and it doesn't seem to only be the first.
Or perhaps the first demarks them and they are being remarked? Not sure how the marking system functions but I can tell you it definitely works multiple times.

Haven't played for about 2 weeks , played the other day, got them on my first legion event. Did a search online, so new no-one had done a review of them . Regardless, if I can be bothered to fire up d4 anytime soon I'll have another look at them .

@@mr.kazanova2909 Yes, it works on my stormclaw druid. It appears to proc the paingorgers aspect. Though, I need a little bit more testing to make sure its not overload procing it via my spirit boons. Easy to test but have not gotten around to it yet.
@@mr.kazanova2909 also, hurricane does definitely work. And overall has been a huge boost to my stormclaw druid build. Highly recommend trying this if you havent.

This is useless if you dont use a basic skill...
correct, but very few builds don't use basic skills.
@@GGMentor just depends if you need resource generator. All of my builds except one with my rogue (combo points) don’t use a basic because I don’t need it.
You need to phrase this better. It is useless unless you use a basic skill as a damage skill. Few builds spam their attacks but rather use it for resource generation.
For example, Arc Lash sorc uses that basic skill as a main damage source.
On my barb i barely use Basic skill probably 5% if the time
