Today, I brought a slow and relaxing 'Body Reboot' and other massages. Of course, I also got a neck massage.
I had a problem with my right side and it was so nice to be able to make it comfortable!
Today is the last day of 2022.

I get the same feeling watching your videos as listening to Kanho Yakushiji recite the "Heart Surtra." Actually your videos are more relaxing, since they are easier to follow. You remind me somewhat of your fellow Korean "Shili"-but Shili often goes to weird Therapists and her startled and astonished looks are priceless. You, on the other hand, seem to only visit serious Therapists. That affords you less chance to act astonished and startled. The look if Pure enjoyment on your face when you ate the Panda Bear cookie in the Bamboo Forest truly made me smile and feel happy. That was a Classic.
Thank you for giving me such kind advice. To be honest, I feel very awkward in front of the camera and talking about my feelings. So, if possible, I tend to find a place that is a bit calmer. Of course, it is also because the purpose of my channel is to relax. After time passes and I get used to the camera, I'll head out for a better experience.

I'm uncertain as to what your filming setup looks like, but as a possible suggestion, a shotgun mic might help somewhat to cut out unwanted ambient noise. I'm not sure at that level of gain what it would do with breathing, but it's my go-to for audio work in quiet areas when I need high quality sound while excluding surroundings. :)
