I need to get this stuff. I have my matty wand still in the packaging lol. I cant believe how much the wands sell for used now its crazy and I thought $130 was a lot for a toy gun
hey recently bought your cosmetic and light upgrade for my pack and love them both huge improvements and excellent instructions and I was wondering if you sold anything or would be willing to make something that would help me both connect and control the sounds of my pack with a Matty wand I purchased or could point me in the right direction of how to do so any help would be appreciated
Check out my Matty Blaster 10W sound module for the Mattel Wand. No mods to the wand and a ribbon cable to contol and power the pack lights (GBFans or my Spirit Lights board). ebay: www.ebay.com/itm/192293594939 gbfans: www.gbfans.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=39448
what all would I need to purchase to go with it a bit confused on how it would replace the old want for my spirit pack and would I need to replace the spirit speaker as well ?
Using the Matty wand would pretty much replace all of the original spirit electronics: speaker, sound board, lights and battery pack. The Matty wand would replace the Spirit Wand, the Matty Sound board would replace the Spirit sound board. The Matty Blaster 10W amplifier is too powerful, so the Spirit speaker would need to be replaced with an 8 ohm full range speaker that can handle more that 15W. A 12V rechargable battery would also be needed. If it includes a power switch and you can access that, then no additional power switch would be needed. And lastly, a 10 conductor ribbon cable to connect the Matty Blaster and the Spirit Lights kit. You could also use a different (more standard) loom if you don't like the tiny Spirit loom to connect the wand to the pack. The Matty Blaster comes with a 10ft cable to connect the wand to the Matty Blaster and it will work with either loom diameter.
How much weight can the magnets hold??
Can you show us how you installed the magnet please.

And also visit my store on eBay: www.ebay.com/str/ghostlab42
Would this be able to hold after the upgrades from your kits and would installation hardware interfere with the installation of your wand kit??
This works fine on my Spirit Packs with the upgrades installed.
Will this magnet have any affect on your electronic aftermarket kits?
No issues with the electronics upgrade kits and this.
