Watch Me Paint My DIY Cowboy Stock Pool with Valspar's 2024 Color of The Year!

- Isn’t it crazy what a few coats of paint can do?! 🤯 #sponsored Here’s how I did it! 👇🏼
1. Painted my fence using @ValsparPaint One-Coat Semi-Transparent Exterior Stain & Sealer in the color Simply Cedar
2. Applied 2 coats of #Valspar Concrete Exterior Solid Stain in the color Concrete Gray
3. Primed my stock pool with Valspar Exterior Primer/Sealer
4. Painted the top & bottom of my stock pool with #ValsparPaint Defense Exterior Paint & Primer in the color Bistro White (7006-4 Satin) and then painted the middle with Valspar’s 2024 Color Of The Year… *drumroll please 🥁🥁*…. Renew Blue (8003-37D Satin)!!!!! ✨✨✨
Now we have the dreamiest backyard that we can finally enjoy since it isn’t 110+ degrees everyday. I’m so excited to finally get to enjoy our backyard… I really cannot stop staring at our fence & concrete & pool it looks so good 🫣😂

Fall is right after the summer we’ve had in Texas 🥵
“Renew Blue” is a beautiful color! 🤩 How do you keep that water from breeding bacteria and mosquitoes since it probably doesn’t have a filtration system? Do you chlorinate it? Does it have a valve to drain and change the water every day?
Thank you so much! It does have a filtration system on it actually! We drilled holes into it and hooked up an above ground pool filter to it. It also has a valve drain for easy draining when the season is over. We also use hydrogen peroxide from Aqua Silk versus chlorine because its better for the metal :)

Just what I needed! I just put together ten galvanized steel vegetable/flower beds to cope with nightmare clay soil of Northern Va (Wash DC tri-state area), but with HOA on my back even inside the yard needed to "hide" them with paint. Love Valspar! Won't have the luxury of this color, but durability is 💋❣‼
