I found a few flaws. Not every Pom will have black accents like nose,and paw pads it all depends on their fur color

No it can be pure even without black paws but will be considered a fault

Sir it varies with quality. Pure avg pet quality should be 25 to 30k. And top end quality starts from 50k and goes upto 1.5lakh

Hey if pom paw is White in colour but if pom main colour is black and brown and he even have one more White spot on the body soo he is pure or not
The color marking is not a deciding factor in purity. But we have to understand every breed can be divided into pet and show quality. The type of marking your saying can be pet quality or culture but not show quality. There are party color (black and white or brown and white) show quality poms but their marking has to be in a particular way. A lot of articles regarding this are available. I hope this is of any help

they should be replaced by mature teeth without our help. Maybe some chewing sticks and chewing toys to help the teething, but I have never heard about removing the baby teeth yourself. If there are teeth problems, talk to the vet about it
