I have grown up and old and all my life I have HATED ANCHOVIES!!!!!! I have tried them in many different ways and always the same result. Until last week. I fell in love with Tteobokki and buy it often and recently I bought some Asian groceries online and I ordered the fish cakes-the thin sheets. I took 2 of them and made them with my tteobokki and when I first took a bite of the fish without any sauce I gagged almost but I gave it one more try with the sauce and pure magic happened. The fish and the sauce were meant to be. It truly did something to the fish and the combos those two have changed my feelings for anchovies at least in this way. I know I will always hat the anchovies on pizza or anyway by themselves but in this combo it is pure perfection.

Every Korean factory looks so clean, and the workers are always very clean and sanitary, i even saw in one video them using a lint roller on their clothes b4 they went to work, super impressive, now im going to have to get online and start ordering me some korean snacks, these videos always have me wanting korean food! Thanks for showing how hard these people work.

OMG I have never seen such cleanliness in a factory. The workers were all so diligent . It makes me really want to work for you but I’m at the stage of advanced Parkinson’s. I’m 73 years old and I hope that I can eat all the food from factory before I die but I couldn’t find it in Kuala Lumpur. Can I buy the food directly from you?
한국 식품공장이 높은 청결도를 갖게된건 2010년대 정도입니다. 특히 2000년 이전은 끔찍한 수준이었고 지속적인 법개정 요구가 있어서 가능한겁니다. 여러분에 나라에서도 학교 급식이 있다면 위생수준이 높은 식품만 급식으로 납품될 수 있게 학교에 요구하는게 가장 쉬운방법일것입니다. 높은 위생수준을 가진 공장이 돈을 벌 수 있게 하는거죠
Самое странное, что корейцы считают русскую,то есть российскую кухню излишне пряной и сильно солёной. По сравнению с китайцами или тайцами, они не так уж много приправ кладут, ну если не считать острого перца, сахар у них в каждом блюде в больших количествах. По отзывам, южно-корейская еда сладкая и острая, но при этом пресная, у них даже сушёная рыба и маринованные огурцы очень сладкие на европейский вкус.
Здорово, все очень технологично. Нл у меня вопрос: "почему дома еда всегда вкуснее, чем в готовых изделиях? Все чисто , красиво упаковано, а вкус другой?
