@@ParkourRhett I've heard that he had problems with his voice at that time (I think cuz of touring too much) but they kinda talked him into doing it anyway. It's like going to the gym every day for 2 weeks straight and than someone calling you trash cuz you can't lift heavy on the 15th day. If that's a lie, and he wasn't tired or anything, the I agree with you though.

It's a really easy song to sing. I don't know why he struggled so much unless he was having vocal issues as you said.
