On humans, it looks a bit silly, yes, but I find myself loving bell bottoms on Transformers - here, I love them for how much they complete the cockpit's shape and how it fits into the "back" in alt mode. Furthermore, I'd like to say that Generation Selects have larger budget, but I don't know that - it's maybe just that since it's a reused mold, they can afford to spend more on paint, as they save on other aspects (only new thing is the head). I myself love this figure, it's one of my favourite ones I've gotten in 2022 and I really wouldn't change any aspect of it. The sculpt, even the Bell Bottoms, is perfect, as it feels natural in both modes. Each part is used, doesn't just "hide away" (something car bots do very gladly) and it's got detail fitting both modes (so even the arms blend in to me). Giving him two cockpits instead of one split down the middle is a wonderful way of updating the design into it's cyberstylized form.
Personally it bothers me on Both Species. That is entirely possible, plus the Gen Selects is selling to perhaps a more discerning crowd so they have to try harder. I like this thing a lot my self, the bell bottoms bother me, but it's still a great Siege figure.
I wanted rotostorm buy ebgames was constantly out of stock and I checked Walmart for siege stuff and spinister was on clearance. The helicopter should’ve at least been the idw or maybe something from the old games design wise
2:00 I never read it, but I heard it’s really weird (like the traumatizing panel with Megatron and Ratchet fused) and was for some reason in continuity with the marvel US comics.
Thanks for doing Spinister. I can’t believe I hadn’t seen your review of Rotorstorm before! While they are basically the same figure, it was still nice to hear your opinions on the parts that are different (like the paint and head sculpt) and a bit more discussion on pose-ability. Thanks to you I now cannot unsee the acid-washed bell bottom jeans! I now want to call him hippinister.
Acid-Washed, Beel Bottom, Skinny Jeans. It is all the worst kind of pants. And I'm glad this satisficed, and directed you to a video of mine you'd never seen.
I could definitely see Spinister being that one kid who's always hanging out at the Mall in Hot Topic because his parents don't "get him". At least that's what that color and those JNCO Jeans tell me.
The body for Action Attackers Cyberverse Dinobot Snarl is easy. His tail, for me anyway, was hard to get into place. It took over an hour of struggle to get that yellow thing on. It was a nightmare.
My biggest gripe is that you cannot take the blades off and use them as swords. They did the helicopter blades right with Seige Springer. Other than that and the bellbottoms I have really enjoyed this. I put mine on a big flight stand with the Generations version so they can eternally chase each other in the sky. great video as always mate :) I got word from my alexa that the Studio Series Brawn will come in tommarow. Super excited about my first ever Brawn figure. That guy gets no love and I am glad to finally be able to ad a version of him to my collection. Brawn = Toned down and more experienced Cliffjumper.
Fun fact in IDW while he couldn't use them as swords, Spinister could take off his blades and use them as a staff, it's unclear if the blades do anything but it could be a Darth Maul Situation. When you say Generations Spinister, which figure are you talking about. Thank you very much. Brawn also equals Super Hero, because he's like the physically strongest autobot.
I got one for 30usd! He has no guns but he can steal them from triggerhappy, and the propellors are a little damaged but not enough to look damaged from a distance. For some reason, the goofy ahh high rise bell bottom pre-torn jeggings paired with the long sleeve purple crop top and bright pink vest kinda works for me.
When kingdom first started out I thought the commander was gonna power master Optimus prime or something, and now when I think about I would like to see hasbro and Takara tackle power master Optimus prime again
I like the idea of him starting out as this level headed tactician before severe, battlefield derived brain damage results in him turning into a ditzy manchild savant ala IDW Spinny we love. If it makes you feel better MMC will probably get around to Spinister one day. Scavengers still need comic accurate figures. Fulcrum needs a figure period.
@@PerspectiveEnd Plus, MTMTE never delved into his past so it's highly possible something akin to what I just described happened. Either that, or Spinny was always a deranged, immature dumbass the Cons tolerated because A: he could shoot. B: he could repair equipment. C: big lug with big arms am powerful strong.
well to be fair the marvel comic version of spinnester was also pretty significant as him being shot by thunderwing after trying to talk him down is what sapped him back to sanity after being possessed by the matrix entity and in the uk he was part of the mayhem attack squad but yeah the IDW design was cooler
The double cockpit works as a Cybertronian touch on an assault copter, what with the second canopy being *perfect* as a belly turret, though they didn't really lean into that with the rest of the design.
this is one of THE BEST figs I have. I painted the insides of the cockpit silver so his legs look less hollow which was my only real issue. and also rotating his right hip upside down when putting him in alt mode makes that underside canopy sit flush if thats ever been an issues for you.
I know the trick. I did mention it in the transformation segment, it's just that for some reason that always throws me. I do it the wrong direction every time. I'm glad you enjoy it so much, it's a really good one, I just think the Rotorstorm just kind of Tarnishes it because it was the same price for so much more effort.
I got my own spinister for Christmas at about $30, and I've loved it, I dunno what it is about it. I agree with you on the fact he looks very well built and strong, I think it has to do with proportions. his whole body being not over doing it in some places like optimus legs in wfc, or cliffjumpers small limbs, spinister here is proportionate. I did grow up playing with transformers and breaking them a lot (by accident I don't break thing's purposely I'm not insane) so I'm very careful with my figures now but I do have one nitpick, it's his legs are made of clear plastic, I'm so scarred that one day I transform him or bend his knee and the plastic will snap. Overall I do think he's worth it for about 30 bucks no over, I'm probably gonna paint his head to give it some more color because it is lacking in detail. But great review man I think you got out most of the opinions people had of the figure out to other people so hopefully more people can get their hands on this guy because he's a fun figure. I was was wondering because I don't normally ask for a personal review but if you get the chance could you review transformers wfc impactor I'd really like to see your opinion on the figure.
Fun fact, as a Kid I was insane so I did break a lot of my figures intentionally. I was convinced I was improving them by removing the parts I thought looked dumb. I sincerely doubt his legs will wind up breaking, the clear plastic here is in enough quantity to hold up.
I don't mind the double cockpit legs but wouldn't it be great if they turned it into a helicopter that actually has two windows at the front like a gunship
You know with all g1 character that that we got in the wfc trilogy, I'm actually surprised that Hasbro did not do a thunderclash figure but who knows maybe we will see him in legacy since we're getting a good bit of Japanese exclusive characters this year like black zarak, star saber and Minerva
Hopefully we get an IDW Spinister eventually but this one is still good and I do prefer him from the marvel comics so I’m sorry you didn’t get the version you wanted
It's fine. I'm not special, I don't deserve my version over the one other's wanted, but I do hope that Hasbro realizes what a Goldmine they have with IDW.
The legs and head really dont bother me too much, but the face being unpainted really bugs me, not like it had to be bright pink or anything. I do still really want to get it, just help fill out my decepticon ranks a bit.
hopefully i took your comment to heart, and while it may be a good figure, siege screamer blew it up out of proportions, with that money i also managed to get blaster from kingdom, its a good figure, id say an upgrade of earthrise soundwave but still has a bunch of problems, pretty solid
@@PerspectiveEnd the one you told me to not spend 80 bucks on spinister, i was considering it but because you told me to not, i saved it, spending 50 on starscream siege who blew my expectations because the earthrise one was very meth, just transforming it everything was above average but siege is so fun to handle and pose, it blew my expectations, maybe i worded it incorrectly haha, and blaster is coming to my country just now i was lucky enough to get it
A like and a comment for the old algorithm, but yeah I liked Spinister even got him his target masters. He's a neat figure imo. Plus a lil clear coat on the underpit and it should sit fine without hurting the paint.
the problem with the head I see(I dont have him I would IF HASBRO WERENT BASTARDS AND MADE THAT 2 PACK LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE!!!!) is that its not menacing, it doesn't have an angry face with the top of the head crest pointing downwards which makes it non menacing and look plain
It's a good one. I just wish it wasn't soured for me by the fact that they released a version of it with like 3 times the effort put in for the same price.
Man I'm sorry to hear that, but I just want to be clear, it will feel dirty to get it for too much more than that. Even if it's a good figure, you shouldn't be wasting too much money on it. I hope you can find it for a good price. Even 35 could work for you if you want it that bad, but don't go beyond that, it's not worth more. It is a Deluxe.
@@PerspectiveEnd I can name multiple reasons why it would be better. 1.) Spinister is actually a Decepticon. 2.) Spinister is an actual character in the IDW comics than the marvel comics, giving him an IDW design would pour in money to hasbro. 3.) Wheeljack didn’t get a figure in siege, mirage did. 4.) who wants a clear mirage? Collectors won’t and kids would just use their imagination and have nothing fight the decepticons and imagine it’s mirage invisible. 5.) Wheeljack is the first cybertronian to not only transform but be introduced. 6.) Wheeljack is more popular than mirage 7.) they already have a mold in the siege Ironhide/Ratchet mold.
I think articulation is pretty important. What I dislike is that some reviewers cover articulation, but they don't tell you the full range of the movement. That's kinda frustrating. That said, this isn't a common problem.
I mean to be fair I tend to not talk about waist swivels and some other joints unless they are missing, but what I do cover I think it's important to tell you how far the joints can go.
I always like your honesty and your balance and the way you define terms and state what is objective and subjective... But also ...I really like the bell bottoms🤪😉
I'm glad you appreciate what I do here, honestly this time I was a bit disappointed in what I did here, because I felt like too much of what I did was talk about what subjectively bothered me. I always want to focus more on the stuff that may apply to people other than my self, and I just don't think I did that this time.
Personally, I imagine Spinister’s character as the Dreamwave profile. I think that the possibility let’s the sculpt become more dynamic, similar to Airazor. Also, for the bottom cockpit: Rotate the hip of that leg 180 so that the top is on the bottom. That should stop the untabbing.
I did not complain about it untabbing, and I even addressed that part of the transformation in the video saying that I always do it the wrong direction first and have to correct it. And like Dreamwave Spinister was in 1 issue where he went crazy and was eaten by Unicron.
@@PerspectiveEnd Yeah, I thought that you had that issue in the Rotorstorm video, but I could wrong. Also, I mean in that Dreamwave art book with all the profiles in it.
How did you manage to review the same figure again but make the video better this video was good and I like it thank you, when I saw this video on my home page my initial thought was “didn’t he review this already” but I really like this video very funny.
I'm glad you thought it was better, I was kind of worried it didn't turn out well. And not I've never fully reviewed this one before, I've talked about it, and I did review Rotorstorm, but never this guy specifically.
Ooh, I wanna say cus a lot of people don’t mention it cus it is a bit silly, but you can sort of fake an ab crunch by mistransforming his chest section, thoguh it means the blades won’t stay up at all
I’m gonna ask a fairly random question on this video but what do you think about the Wreckers and Velicitron sub-sets we’re supposed to be getting later this year? I’m fucking ecstatic for a new Thunderclash, along with Star Saber he’s one of my favorite designs in the entire franchise. Also excited for Scourge. I’m asking as I just got the Wreckers: Tread and Circuits series.
I did not have any clue that that stuff was happening? Do you have a link to an article or something. Also it's been a long time since I read the comic. I really need to get back to it, I think the last Issue I read the war was just beginning to kick off.
Sucks that one of Spinister's Double Targetmaster partners (Singe) was in a later wave of Battle Masters. Sucks harder that the other one (Shrute aka Hairsplitter) was in a stupidly impossible to get Amazon exclusive box set with Skywarp, who was never a Targetmaster to begin with. At least Thrilling 30 Scoop came with both of his partners. As a side note, it's even dumber that they did Firebolt/Firedrive/Offshoot/Sparks/wtfever they can call him to trademark for Hot Rod, when neither Titans Return Hot Rod nor SS86-4 Hot Rod have anywhere to put the gun mode in vehicle mode...yet they STILL never did Haywire for Blurr, Recoil for Kup, a new Nightstick for Kingdom Cyclonus, or even bothered to release the original one from the Universe/Reveal the Shield Deluxe. And Fracas (for SS86-5 Scourge) is hard to find, too.
I've never been big into the Target masters my self, but yeah it's lame they pulled that crap. Amazon exclusives are the worst, and I think you can probably attach Firedrive to hotrod if you make some kind of weird bridge piece out of that stuff that plugs into his hood.
Honestly, I personally like Siege Spinister, there is just something about the colors I like and that head is dope. The head reminds me of The Shredder ( especially the version from the Tmnt show from 2003.). And the helicopter mode is awsome. Shame I dont have him, it looks like a fun figure. And on a side note, few days ago I got Cyberverse "cannon blast" Shockwave. Its a pretty neat figure (deluxe scale) the posability is ok, definetly not up to the standards wfc set, but its still a decent figure overall. He turns into a crab tank, and i mean its kinda funny and neat, it could have been better, and I made 2 fan-modes if you would like to see them! I would give the figure a 7/10! Sorry for the long comment
Hey I never said I don't like this figure, I do. And YEAH he DOES look like the Shredder, I wish I had made that observation in the video. Your comment was fine don't worry about it, and is that the Shockwave that Thew talked about?
As good as this figure is, they should've gone with the IDW design. The jet to me is kinda silly on the bottom, it was one of the first things i noticed and just kinda brushed it off as being cybertronian. Which is usually how I'll think about a figure that doesn't have an earth based mode.
I mean... If spinister was characterized as a psychopath, then it probably not be out of place. Being in a war, or isolation for so long can drive a lot people insane. I think I mgiht be confusing something here
Ok something weird Spinister is just one of those characters that I’ve always known about i have zero idea why but ever since i was 4 I could tell you who Spinister was what his colors were and what figures of him there were and i never even cared about him until siege where he got a cool figure and I honestly dont have a clue how that information got into my brain but somehow it did so weird
Man do i like this figure. It's amazing. Entirely up to my taste. Including bellbottoms (is that the right spelling? ). Like, i listen to the music which's legends are the guy who wears bellbottoms and the guy who is 2000s doosh. His colours are amazing. They are nuts, while somehow staying mysterious. And his helicopter mode is equaly nuts. Like, he can fly upside down and stab his enemies with back roter. What's cooler than his helicopter mode? What's cooler than Spinister?
Always Grimlock. Also'd love another Dinobot. Would love a Fulcrum, and a Missfire, and a Crankcase, and literally any of the Scavengers. Vigilem or Lodestar.
They are quite nice, but do not over pay, that is the fastest way to disappointment and regret. This is not worth more than 30 bucks, and you'd have to really want it to justify that.
I just traded my sinister to my brother for an earthrise prime without the trailer. I know spinister is more valuable but me and him like to help each other out and I didn’t have a prime. I have the siege nemesis and that mold is so much better than the Er mold
I display him on my shelf with his rotor blades down, Blackout style, cause I just think he looks cooler that way. Lock upwards doesn't work shit on mine anyway, heh.
Well I'm mean the Marvel UK comic is a Marvel TF comic, and I can say that it bored me really bad, and I thought the artstyle was Hideous... OH my God I need to roast them at some point! And then the G2 Comic is just a continuation of the comic with intentionally ugly art as was the style at the time.
@@PerspectiveEnd Please do Marvel comics roast at some point, IDC if it takes an eternity. Also I beleive the people behind the G2 comic has a fetish for body horror.
I really want this guy, no clue why, but I just do. But I am NOT paying 127 on Amazon or 50+ on eBay for a deluxe, I’ll just wait to see if he gets re-released in legacy in an IDW deco or something
Perspective I have a question, I know you have said it before that you hate menasor and his design but if you haven’t heard, the breakdown will be based off the prime charcter, so would you be interested in him? Or another specific memeber?
That is just a Rumor at this point. I don't quite see them mix n' matching a combiner, that's just a way to piss literally everyone off. So I'll believe it when it happens. And there is not a particular member of his team that I have any personal fondness for.
Hey, would you want rotb to have a dedicated toyline with core, deluxe, voyager and leader figures or do you want then in studio series? Also just by looking at newage or magic square's figures, which one do you prefer?
Thank you for re-igniting my disappointment that we didn’t get his 2 pack or wheeljack in siege, needed that reminder of the shame the community will always hold onto for that

I mean I kind of do already.
I wanted rotostorm buy ebgames was constantly out of stock and I checked Walmart for siege stuff and spinister was on clearance. The helicopter should’ve at least been the idw or maybe something from the old games design wise
I mean there were other places to buy Rotorstorm than EB Games, but at least you found a Spinister.
I agree on the bellbottoms, his colors scream 90s into my eyes so bad I half imagine he's wearing shoulder pads, even though I know his isn't.
Shoulder Pads were more an 80s thing.
@@PerspectiveEnd Fair.
" I hope you're happy!"
Yes, yes I am.
Well I'm glad for you.
2:00 I never read it, but I heard it’s really weird (like the traumatizing panel with Megatron and Ratchet fused) and was for some reason in continuity with the marvel US comics.
Indeed that is a famous bit of those comics.
Too bad it's marvel comics
And that's all of them.
I got him for this past Christmas, I dig him way more than I thought I was going to.
It's a great figure, I just find that he's tainted in hindsight by having such a good repaint.
An excellent advice! I love both my Spinnister and Rottorstorm! But never overpay for a figure!
Overpaying is the fastest rout to disappointment.
@@PerspectiveEnd I think you have convinced me to pick up Rotorstorm over Spinister.
I could definitely see Spinister being that one kid who's always hanging out at the Mall in Hot Topic because his parents don't "get him".
At least that's what that color and those JNCO Jeans tell me.
Man you just gave me a good laugh.
Idk why but I wanted this figure so badly, then I saw the articulation and I want it even more.
Well if you want it it's a good figure to get, just DO NOT over pay for it.
@@PerspectiveEnd well in my country I found this for approximately 14 dollars
That paint job is an eye soar. It's like they couldn't decide what color to give him and he they said F$@K IT will choose all three
I mean the OG toy was much the same.
The body for Action Attackers Cyberverse Dinobot Snarl is easy. His tail, for me anyway, was hard to get into place. It took over an hour of struggle to get that yellow thing on. It was a nightmare.
That sounds awful.
By some black magic, I managed to rub off the battle damage with nothing but my skin oil
That is impressive.
Why would you steal Triggerhappy's? Triggerhappy deserves his guns.
@PerspectiveEnd newtons law of motion: for every force, there is an equal and opposite force.
When kingdom first started out I thought the commander was gonna power master Optimus prime or something, and now when I think about I would like to see hasbro and Takara tackle power master Optimus prime again
I mean they KIND of did that with the POTP one, but I could see them taking another crack at it.
I want him to be reissued in Legacy with an IDW head
I would like that my self.
Wonder if this mold could be resized and retooled for legacy to make grindor / blackout.
I doubt it, and I doubt you'd want that, it wouldn't look right, and it's not meant to be the correct type of chopper.
I won't mind getting an Alpha-Bravo out of this mold
Honestly, I think that would fit him pretty well. AlphaBravo did have the big shins.
He is a very cool looking helicopter but the clear plastic landing gear does worry me.
Yeah, it's just resting on paint. Never feels good. Put him down on something soft if you do.
I keep all my figures in robot mode so I shouldn't have to worry to much
I like the idea of him starting out as this level headed tactician
before severe, battlefield derived brain damage results in him
turning into a ditzy manchild savant ala IDW Spinny we love.
If it makes you feel better MMC will probably get around
to Spinister one day. Scavengers still need comic accurate
figures. Fulcrum needs a figure period.
I mean that's one way to reconcile the differences.
@@PerspectiveEnd Plus, MTMTE never delved into his past so it's highly possible something akin to what I just described happened. Either that, or Spinny was always a deranged, immature dumbass the Cons tolerated because A: he could shoot. B: he could repair equipment. C: big lug with big arms am powerful strong.
well to be fair the marvel comic version of spinnester was also pretty significant as him being shot by thunderwing after trying to talk him down is what sapped him back to sanity after being possessed by the matrix entity and in the uk he was part of the mayhem attack squad
but yeah the IDW design was cooler
I mean he's not in that much of it and he's killed off pretty soon after that. Here's my Contribution, Bleee.
I think Thew was just more happy to see a Transformer he likes get a new mainline figure.
As a Thew is want to do.
The double cockpit works as a Cybertronian touch on an assault copter, what with the second canopy being *perfect* as a belly turret, though they didn't really lean into that with the rest of the design.
Yeah that's really my problem. It could have worked if the rest of the design supported it, but it doesn't at all. So it's just odd.
I have to agree here, love how posable he is but my main problem is with his head sculpt.
Yeah the IDW head is just so much cooler and more alive.
Fun transformation, standard articulation, only thing I'm scared of is the translucent legs
I think the Articulation is above the standard, and I think the legs will hold up, but the one may scuff up.
I mean, Spinister is a masterpiece of a figure in color and design
I mean he's really good but I don't know if I'd say that.
this is one of THE BEST figs I have.
@@PerspectiveEnd I didnt pick up Rotorstorm unfortunately. I must have missed the part where you mentioned the trick my bad lol
@@PerspectiveEnd custom battle damage lol
I don't mind the double cockpit legs but wouldn't it be great if they turned it into a helicopter that actually has two windows at the front like a gunship
What do you mean two windows at the Front?
@@PerspectiveEnd like the canopies on an mi24 but less russian
You know with all g1 character that that we got in the wfc trilogy, I'm actually surprised that Hasbro did not do a thunderclash figure but who knows maybe we will see him in legacy since we're getting a good bit of Japanese exclusive characters this year like black zarak, star saber and Minerva
Someone else just mentioned that. Apparently there is going to be like a Subline, where Thunderclash is supposedly showing up this year.
Would you believe me when I say
Im still looking for this?
I mean I'd understand why it's hard to find now.
Yeah if they could have given that like a Gunmetal coat it would have really helped the face stand out.
hopefully i took your comment to heart, and while it may be a good figure, siege screamer blew it up out of proportions, with that money i also managed to get blaster from kingdom, its a good figure, id say an upgrade of earthrise soundwave but still has a bunch of problems, pretty solid
Which comment do you hope you take to heart? And what did Siege Screamer blow out of proportions? Also what money? I want to find a Blaster so bad.
Thank you very much. I feel like an undercoat will stand out though?
@@PerspectiveEnd depends on how it's done.
the problem with the head I see(I dont have him I would IF HASBRO WERENT BASTARDS AND MADE THAT 2 PACK LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE!!!!) is that its not menacing, it doesn't have an angry face with the top of the head crest pointing downwards which makes it non menacing and look plain
I agree with you that it looks plain, but I do think there is at least some level of menace to it.
Spinister is my favorite deluxe from Siege.
It's a good one, just one I think is tainted by it being so surpassed by it's retool.
My favourite figure from Siege. Yep definitely
It's a good one. I just wish it wasn't soured for me by the fact that they released a version of it with like 3 times the effort put in for the same price.
I just realized that u can use his Guns as weapinizer style shoes just not ridiculosly big
Interesting. I had not considered that before.
I actually managed o get this figure for 19 bucks for a ebay auction. So I couldn't be more happier with it.
Nice! That's the price people should be paying for this.
I have wanted spinister for years, since I heard of it existing. I missed the release and haven't found one for less than £30. :(
Man I'm sorry to hear that, but I just want to be clear, it will feel dirty to get it for too much more than that. Even if it's a good figure, you shouldn't be wasting too much money on it.
I hope you can find it for a good price. Even 35 could work for you if you want it that bad, but don't go beyond that, it's not worth more. It is a Deluxe.
I got so used to the 2 videos a week I keep forgetting it's more and not checking before bed.
youtube before bed has just become a thing I do
It was only 2 a week for like 2 months. But Yeah I get it. Routines are important, which is why I wasn't happy doing 2 a week for so long already.
@@PerspectiveEnd it doesn't help that it was around the same time that I discovered the channel
A two pack of cybertron WheelJack vs Spinister with an IDW head would’ve been way better than the “invisible” Mirage vs “Decepticon” Impactor
I'm devastated it didn't happen.
@@PerspectiveEnd Most of us are
@@PerspectiveEnd I can name multiple reasons why it would be better.
I think its safe to say he’s the best Deluxe class figure in Siege, the only contestant is Hound
I don't think so. I think he had a lot of competition.
I like to pretend the underside cockpit is an escape pod also a lighter purple would have worked better for the arms
How do they get to the escape pod?
@@PerspectiveEnd break the glass or something I never thought that far ahead
I always like your honesty and your balance and the way you define terms and state what is objective and subjective... But also ...I really like the bell bottoms🤪😉
I'm glad you appreciate what I do here, honestly this time I was a bit disappointed in what I did here, because I felt like too much of what I did was talk about what subjectively bothered me.
I always want to focus more on the stuff that may apply to people other than my self, and I just don't think I did that this time.
Dang $80? I just found one at Savers only missing the guns for $5 with a bunch of other random toys in the bag.
Man this might be the figure I want the most right now, just been real unlucky in tracking it down so far.
Really, what is it about this one that makes you want it so bad?
Ooh, I wanna say cus a lot of people don’t mention it cus it is a bit silly, but you can sort of fake an ab crunch by mistransforming his chest section, thoguh it means the blades won’t stay up at all
Interesting. I wouldn't have thought to do that at all.
The new Wreckers series is fun, we know about the two sub-sets from listings on Amazon for Wreckers and Walmart for Velocitron.
Spinister looks tired with that head.
A bit yea, he looks a little weary.
The bell bottoms legs of this figure and the BB Starscream look good, what are you talking about.
I would have loved to get the IDW version so much. It could have been like second best figure of the year for me behind Jetfire.
I think it was more a case of faux-forming and/or not having a place to store the other leg, than it being a cybertronian vehicle.
I mean... If spinister was characterized as a psychopath, then it probably not be out of place. Being in a war, or isolation for so long can drive a lot people insane. I think I mgiht be confusing something here
In IDW? In that he's supposed to be something of a Good Natured Idiot Savant.
Ok something weird
Spinister is just one of those characters that I’ve always known about i have zero idea why but ever since i was 4 I could tell you who Spinister was what his colors were and what figures of him there were and i never even cared about him until siege where he got a cool figure and I honestly dont have a clue how that information got into my brain but somehow it did so weird
That's funny. Spinister is one of those figures I didn't even know existed till Thew did his video on him.
Action Attackers Transformers Cyberverse Dinobot Snarl... There's one I'd love to see you struggle with.
But I do love my Kingdom Blaster.
What do you mean Struggle with? That one doesn't look so difficult.
I'm glad that you love this figure. I like it, but if you enjoy it even more than me that's awesome.

Always Grimlock. Also'd love another Dinobot. Would love a Fulcrum, and a Missfire, and a Crankcase, and literally any of the Scavengers. Vigilem or Lodestar.
I honestly really like his design
I can understand why. I actually liked it a lot more before the Rotorstorm came out and they showed just how much they could do for the same price.
I really want to get rotorstorm or spinister they look like so much fun to pose
They are quite nice, but do not over pay, that is the fastest way to disappointment and regret. This is not worth more than 30 bucks, and you'd have to really want it to justify that.
Oh hello spinister, it’s a ok figure but not a master piece but also good cannon fodder
He is a fun figure.
I just traded my sinister to my brother for an earthrise prime without the trailer. I know spinister is more valuable but me and him like to help each other out and I didn’t have a prime. I have the siege nemesis and that mold is so much better than the Er mold
So you traded Spinister for a figure that you don't like as much as the Siege? I hope you still like it more than Spinister.
I display him on my shelf with his rotor blades down, Blackout style, cause I just think he looks cooler that way. Lock upwards doesn't work shit on mine anyway, heh.
That might be the better decision.
Or maybe it could have been a cargo component... I don't know!

Hey, would you want rotb to have a dedicated toyline with core, deluxe, voyager and leader figures or do you want then in studio series?
Also just by looking at newage or magic square's figures, which one do you prefer?
I'd want a dedicated Toyline. That way they wouldn't have competition to fit every character into the line.
