Absolutely in love with this longer style of videos
I love your videos, usually other videos can’t hold my attention for more than 7 minutes lol but I blaze through your 20+ minute vids! You’re a gem 🙏🏼
This format is so good! Informative and entertaining, showing us every single bit of your training and explaining WHY you do what you do. Which you barely find anywhere else these days.
As usual with the fire content ! 🔥
Love the training video logs like this!
yes, really like this calmer and more informative style of video - pls keep them going
Bro this workout is sick definitly gonna try this please dont stop making this kind of vlog/workout videos
another great video branden like always , keep the infos coming man
Appreciate it bro, keep up the longer vids. Looking forward to the biomechanics of bench video. 🙌🙌
I'm just a fan of everything you decide to do. I've learned so much from your videos and have applied a ton of things to my own lifting and have seen success. More videos like these are definitely welcomed.
Side bar, are you currently on an upper/lower split? Bench 2x a week, Squat/deadlift 2x a week? Interested in how to approach volume working with only 2 days for each lift.
I’ve been doing your SBD program for three months and have been making tremendous progress with it. Love your content, keep it coming. Having biomechanics and cueing explained throughout the videos is🔥
Thanks Brendan love the vids bro, keep on grinding!
Awesome vid bro loved the struggle at the end hahaha. Also worth noting, using BPC157 and TB500 for two weeks could help you hugely with the shoulder issue.
Love it! Early morning is my fav time to train
Legit big boss, always good info and content
Not sure if you have tried the “up the back” rotator cuff stretch or not, but it really helps with a lot of shoulder pain caused from benching.
I'm sure you know. If you find a great chiropractor to do direct work on your shoulder. Scapula. And release neck tension im hoping that would help you. I went from one side not firing to them getting my range of motion and strength back. Again. Have to find a good one. Which is hard. It will bring stability back to your scap. Good luck. Love the videos.
That chaos push-up looks cool af. Typically what I’ll do is do a 2x25 with 25 lb dumbbells. Warming up with a little bit bigger of a stretch and rom than you would on bench basically. Couple that with some antagonist rowing and I’m good to go
What a specimen!
Right on time! 👍
Cleanest bench technique in the game
In a fat-loss caloric deficit context, do you prefer full body or splits? However, thank you for all your knowledge you’re sharing. This channel is easily the best one on fitness material.
Great bench press set up sir. How can we learn to such a nice scapular depression and retraction and maintaining the same posture throughout the pressing movement.
Hey Brendan, nice video, big fan of your work and your channell, i know you are a big fan of upper lower training splits, but IF for some reason i can't do, i came up with these two 4days training splits and would like to know which of them would you approve it? Push Pull Legs rest Full body ; or Chest shoulders and arms, legs, Back and arms, rest Full body? im not a powerfilter but my goal is to get strong and muscular as possible
Just curious why you are implementing a longer pause on the incline bench? Enjoyed the video. Badass workout, belt-less OHP after heavy bench AND incline/row super set brutal af.
Where did you get that green shirt? Gotta get me something like that.
That lighting is crazy in that gym
Whats the dark Green long sleeve Shirt (and your size) youre wearing here? Looks dope
Great content for sure, but I'm curious though how this fits in with the rest of your workouts for any given week.
Would you ever be willing to make a video on hip impingement or FAI (femoral acstsbular impingement)
Your incline rom is my flat bench rom
Any reason for the early AM workouts? And any advice for adjusting to them? Feel so much weaker when I've tried the switch, but works with my schedule more
I did the same earlier this year due to my kids’ schedule/ putting in a garage gym which made it more convenient and it’s honestly been a game changer. I spend a little more time warming up, but I have had some of my best training sessions between 4-5am!
I'm planning on incorporating incline bench press in my next program. I was wondering i you suggest touch n go incline or paused incline like you do in the video?
How long do you rest for these shorter workouts ?
Keep it up
Solid Ass vid Bren keep em cominggg
Great stuff as usual. Also man my body is so weird i did 130kg 3x3 on dls last Saturday they felt pretty good i did them today again and they felt like 1.5rpe higher it was so much harder idk why
That's honestly a pretty common occurrence for me too. I've found really focusing on my control makes my performances more consistent. You might have to use a little less weight but being able to build on a consistent performance is something I think people overlook. Another thing you could do it vary your rep range week to week.
Man, for your shoulder pain, your elbows are maybe too wide. My coach told me to have them wider than I usually have. I got à tendinitis 2 weeks after.
Your elbows must follow your wrists on the grip. That's the key
On the first back down of 315 it looked like you tucked more on the left side and the bar kind of wind milled.
Someone got this workout sets and reps writtten down? Thank you
Amazing content lol
3rd comment in a row but i love the info its motivating to me
I can t do ohp in my basement im too tall other than seated ohp what can i do as an alternative to standing ohp?
