Ah yes you must have been a very good boy for Santa to bring you those lovely trucks. I've had the Big Rock for a few years and one of my faves. I run it with Granite wheels and tyres as it's much more stable but other than that it doesn't need much doing other than a bit of locktighting. I do like the look of that Kagama and be interesting to know how it compares to the Arrma 4s trucks. It certainly looks like it's got all the right bits and bobs. Good stuff mate, best wishes 😁👍👍
Hey there Pete! I am not sure on the good boy thing, just a wife and mom that are still willing to spoil me after all these years so I guess I am doing something right LOL! The Big Rock was a blast! I did learn to no stand behind it or you get hit and covered with all sorts of stuff! LOL! I may swap the granite wheels and tires on it for a run, I noticed there are a bit bigger than the Ragnarock tires on there. The wheel nuts were all loose, I should have checked them before going out but it was funny to see the distance it got when it came off! The Kagama is a tank! I drove Al's and I love it. It just run flat and true no mater what you do to it. It seems to be built for 6s power and everything just feels solid and top notch. ZI got the motor fans installed last night but sadly it is raining all weekend so I won't be running it right away. I would like to take it over to Al's place but it needs to dry up some first. Take care Pete and have a great weekend!
Thanks, I made out very well! Both are great trucks and the Big Rock was a lot of fun throwing stuff all over me with it! LOL! I normally do a full run through on the RTRs but this one and the Vorteks i just through batteries in and went with it. All of the wheel nuts were loose on this one. The ones on the Vorteks were super tight! I guess the wheel nut guy was tired at the end of the week when he got these on!! No damage and it was funny to see the wheel rolling past so all good! But yes, PSA for everyone... check your nuts!
It is a little animal, driving Al's was a blast! It looks super tough and I have seen Al bang his Skeeter around a good bit and he has not broken anything, this is updated version of that basically. HRP had them one sale this holiday season and my wife got it for well under the normal price, I think she saved almost $60 off of it.
💪 yer baby you're going to love that big rock ...... big rock is what started my channel ironically when the back wheel came off was my first video i think lol nice work keen to see the other monster get a run that looks awesome 👊
The Big Rock was a blast out there. I was covered in as much dirt and grass as it was by the time the battery went flat! That thing can sling some stuff at you!! I have gotten the batteries from CNHL and need to get the Kagama out but the weather and schedule has not allowed it yet. I know it is a blast to drive from running Al's around, that video is coming up very soon. Take care and thanks for binging some of the past videos!
@AddamsPlayground I was able to watch vids over Christmas because of downloads youtube premium rocks 💪 but can never comment soon as I get a hint of service I have to choose download more vids or comment so I always download can comment later ..... I had an interesting Christmas should have a vid out this week explains it a bit better
Thanks! I made out well this year, thankfully some good sales and discount codes made it happen. Plus my wife and my mom spoil me so there is that too! Aint nothing wrong with getting you a little something nice for Christmas! Take care Allen and have a wonderful weekend!!
Thanks Paul, I got two rowdy rigs for sure! The wheel coming off was too funny, it made some good distance too! I am pumped for the CNHL partnership, they are hooking me up with some nice batteries for sure!! Looking forward to getting them into the Kagama and getting it out shredding up the lawn! Take care and have a great weekend!
Well Dagon lol you got some cool stuff I'm so out of room lol I got a squash van and a umx Me 262 my wife went nuts getting my one piece statues and model kits figures everywhere I've always liked the big rock my granite is fun but the bigrock is much more stable
Space is becoming an issue here too but I am still finding spots for everything and have not gotten in trouble yet! LOL! The Big Rock was a lot of fun and it is much more stable than the Granite. The Kagama is more stable than the Big Rock is! That thing runs around like it it is magnetized to the ground! It will tumble but all from bad landings, otherwise it stays planted and just shreds!
@@AdventureTimeRC Yeah, I am sending a few out to other channels. I refuse to try and sell them as it is always a terrible experience. Well, eBay isn't awful but still a lot of extra work!
Yes Paul, Santa wife and Santa mom did really well! They are still spoiling me after all these years! I got two super cool trucks and driving the Big Rock was a blast. I know the Kagama is an animal and loads of fun from driving Al's a few weeks ago! Merry Christmas to you and your family as well!
Merry Christmas, and those are some nice gifts. BTW thank you for making me question my sanity. I was watching the video with a puzzled look on my face. I could not figure out what was different. Then it hit me. I sad wtf, when did he paint the wall blue. Lol haha I had to re watch to actually watch the video. Lol haha
Merry Christmas Joe! I made out very well again this year, my wife and mom are still spoiling me after all these years! LOL, yeah the new background lights for a subtle appearance change! It was a cheap $10 set I picked up while Christmas shopping on Amazon but they are pretty cool, all colors and some effects. Sorry to wrack your brain this morning! LOL
Hi Addam and well done for being such a good boy this year! lovely RC presents, man you got a couple of big ones!!! 😅 Bashing heaven right there on the bench! I see you had a great time tearing up the lawn and losing the odd nut!! Those awesome wheelies will get you laughing every time! Glad you had a great Christmas and here is too an equally lovely New Year! 😎🎉👍
I think it is more being spoiled than good maybe! LOL! Santa wife and Santa mom did great once again and I am a very lucky boy! Running the Big Rock was a blast, those wheelies were my favorite! I was covered in dirt and grass from it throwing all sorts of stuff at me out there! I will get the Kagama out for a run soon, it needs to dry out some first, very soggy here currently. I am very curious to what 2025 is going to bring, it is definitely going to be interesting! Wishing you and the family all the best in the new year my friend!!
Both are really neat, the Big Rock will get run a bunch here I am sure. The Kagama may be more for taking over to Al's to romp around with him. It runs fine here but needs a bit more open space to really stretch its legs! I am going to need to buy some grass seed this spring though it may get a little bald out there running the around! LOL!!
It is a really fun truck! Getting it up on the rear wheels and riding out a wheelie is so much fun, I am sucker for anything that will wheelie though. It is really planted and stable. I did learn to double check the wheel nuts and not stand behind it when hitting the throttle! I got pelted well a couple times LOL!!
Thanks, Santa wife and Santa mom spoiled me once again! The Big Rock was a blast and I know the Kagama will be too. I installed the motor fans last night but it is going to rain all weekend so no running with it right away.
Thanks Jeremy! My wife and mom really know how to spoil a guy!! I do love the 3s lineup from them and they are perfect for the space I have here! I love the bigger ones Al has but I would have to leave them over at his place to avoid breaking them here LOL! I am super excited about the partnership with CNHL as I have hear a lot of great things about their batteries! I know they are sending over some great ones for these guys! Take care and have a wonderful weekend! You guys getting rain or snow from all this coming through?? Nothing but rain here...
Ok Addam, Larger than your work bench, lets say it was XL for the work bench. Great addition to your already awesome collection, The Big Rock 3s is a power house and it is a tough basher the run footage was great to see and hear (your laughter made me smile). I am glad you enjoyed running the Kagama4 and can't wait to see and hear you run the TC Kagama4. Thanks for the mention. Perfect gifts for Christmas, take care and enjoy those two wonderful machines.
It was a big box Christmas! Both are super cool trucks and I had a blast with the Big Rock. I think both the truck and I came in with equal amounts of dirt and grass all over! I need to learn to get it further away from me before nailing the throttle! I got hit with acorns, sticks, rocks and mud while driving and enjoyed the heck out of it! I look forward to driving the Kagama, between the weather and the real world to-do list needing a lot of attention I have not made it out yet. I did get the new CNHL batteries in for them both so I really would love to get out with it this weekend I get the time! Driving yours was a blast and I can tell this thing is built like a tank! I got the motor fans on it and nay pull out the front axles to shrink wrap over those pin retainers in the CVDs. I know you had an issue and others have as well so maybe some preventative steps may help! Take care my friend and wishing you and the family all the best!
Great to see you doing so well for Christmas Addam! 📦 You've obviously been a good boy this year! Lovely to have such a large yard for running.....and that truck looked heaps of fun, even with three wheels!😂 We received your Christmas card yesterday buddy, many thanks my friend,it was nice to be remembered !🙏 😊 Hope you had a lovely Christmas. 🎄 🤶 👍 👍
I made out well once again! Thankfully my wife and mom still like me and seem to like spoiling me, I don't question it, I just go along! LOL! The Big Rock was a load of fun, I was covered with as much mud and grass as it was by the time the battery was done! The free wheeling wheel was funny, thankfully I only lost the wheel nut and no damage so it was back to ripping in now time. All the others were loose as well. First time I have had a QC issue with one of the ARRMA kits. I am glad the card got there, I need to get them in the mail a bit sooner next year!
@AddamsPlayground Lol..... at least when we build kits ourself their is only one person to blame if anything falls off! 😂 We will have to get on the card thing next year, had a few from RC friends all over the globe..... what a kind and thoughtful community, thanks again mate. 😊 👍 👍
Those are some cool trucks, Addam! Definitely Santa was kind to you, or your mom was, he he! I think the Big Rock is pretty much established as one of the great 10th scale bashers, and now the Kagama 4 comes in as the new generation, bigger and tougher, it looks really solid!
Thanks Mads! Santa mom and Santa wife both did very well this year with these! The Big Rock was a lot of fun and it drives really well. I loved seeing it get up on the rear wheels and ride out a wheelie, that was really fun! The Kagama is going to just take that up a notch or two more! I got to drive Al's a few weeks ago and it is a real animal and it is more stable and looks awesome rumbling around out there! I got the motor fans installed in it last night and will get it out once the rains go away, gonna be a soggy one all weekend here. Take care and enjoy you weekend my friend!
Thanks! The Big Rock was a blast to drive and I think the other one will be too, just need to wait for the yard to dry out some! I am looking forward to getting my hands on some of their batteries!
I made out really well! Santa wife and Santa mom spoil me a little bit, not sure why but I don't question it LOL! The Big Rock was a blast and the Kagama I know will be too!
I made out very well this year! I am very lucky my wife and my mom still like to spoil me for some reason! The Big Rock was a blast to rip around the yard and I know the Kagama will be too!
Wow these look epic Addam.. love the big rock 😊 ❤ may look at getting one 😊.. awesome news on the sponsorship from cnhl buddy well done great news.. Pete 👍👍😊
I did good this year and the Big Rock was a lot of fun out there! Not one you want to stand behind when nailing the throttle, it throws everything it touches at you! LOL! Wait until I can get the Kagama out, it is even rowdier! I am really pumped about the CNHL partnership and they are sending some nice ones over very soon! They should get both of these really ripping out there!
Hey Addam, and I thought I was a good boy this year! 😂😊😂 You must have been over and beyond! I’m so jealous ! I really like the Kagama and I’ve seen both you and Al having a blast with his monster RC’s, now you’ve one of your own, I’m sure Al will be pleased to have a playmate! Oh Addam, check those wheel nuts first 😂😅😂! The Arrma still looks great too. I’m really wishing I lived in the US near you and Al ! Best wishes and a very happy New Year to you and the family 🍾🥳🍾🥳🍾
I am not too sure on the good boy part, I do know my wife and mom are still spoiling me after all the years! I am a very lucky guy for sure! Yes, I look forward to taking the Kagama over to Al's place to really open it up! Sadly it is raining all weekend so it won't be right away. Normally I do a full once over on the RTRs but this time I just tossed the battery in and went out, it was funny to see the wheel and tire rolling by. Thankfully the wheel hexes are captured on these so all I had to do was replace the wheel nut! I would love to see you behind the wheel of one of these beasts! I don't think you'd stop smiling all day! Take care my friend and have a wonderful weekend!
I think you spelled spoiled wrong LOL! Santa wife and Santa mom were both very god to me once again! Two great trucks that are a lot of fun! The Big Rock was a blast and I will get the Kagama out as soon as the ground dries up some, super soggy out there currently!
LOL, more like spoiled honestly! Santa wife and Santa mom like me a lot for some weird reason! I made out very well and had a lot of fun with the Big Rock. I know the Kagama will be loads of fun too! Currently raining all weekend here, more than likely the same for you too!
Mother has smashed the Xmas gift this year. That rig eats lawns for breakfast. I’m ok with that it cuts down on mowing. Ifmar world champion may not be written on the box. But jump it off the roof of your house maybe be written somewhere haha
Yes, mom did great this year and continues to spoil me after all these years! It was a blast ripping it around and when it gets up on the rear wheels and you can ride out a wheelie is my favorite part. It is a real fun-haver and one I will take out fairly often to rip up the grass with! It is not one you want to stand behind when you give it the gas, learned that the hard way! LOL!
Both of them are great trucks, I had a blast with the Big Rock! It was ripping out there and seeing it get up on the rear wheels and ride out a wheelie was my favorite part! I know the Kagama is going to be a little beast too. I got the motor fans installed last night and I am just waiting now for it to dry up. Super soggy and rainy out there now and all weekend unfortunately. I will get it out soon though!
Thats a great 'little' haul you got there for Christmas. All I got was enough chocolate to feed an army 😂. No rc stuff, just the bits I got myself just before. Looks like you'll have great fun though and good work on the sponsorship!
Yeah, things got super sized this year! I am a very lucky guy and my wife and mom still like to spoil me. Next year send links and coupon codes out instead of hints, it works so much better! LOL! I am excited about the CNHL sponsorship, I have heard a lot of good things about them! Take care and have a great weekend!
Yes, the Big Rock is a beast and I can't wait to get the Kagama out for a run, the rain is putting a damper on things right now. I did get the motor fans installed last night so it is all ready to rip! I am very excited for the partnership with CNHL and they are sending over so nice batteries for these guys! I am going to have to get a few bags of grass seed for the spring, these are going to shred it up out there! Take care and have a great weekend!
Thanks Ryan! I made out well this year for sure. I am just very good at dropping subtle little hints like sending the links and coupon codes directly to them! LOL! You weren't naughty, just not proactive enough LOL! Oh that and I am spoiled so there is that part too! Take care buddy and have a great weekend.
@AddamsPlayground my wife and I don't exchange gifts because we still have 3 kids at home. Maybe once they are grown up like yours then I'll get lucky lol
You have been a good boy Addam!😉👍 We had to get a real car so no rc for Christmas this year for me and working most of Christmas and new year too🫤🤨🙄 but boy oh boy my wife did me proud with some amazing cooking and kindness! Wishing you and your family all the best buddy.🍻👍
I am not sure on the good boy thing, just a wife and mom that are still willing to spoil me after all these years. I guess I am doing something right LOL!! I am glad to hear you had a great Christmas with your wife, presents are fun but a great wife, good cooking and that love is all you really need! I'd throw away all the toys to make sure I kept that part for sure! Take care my friend and have a wonderful weekend!
@AddamsPlayground Yeah 100% Addam the women in our lives are everything, she is the reason l get up every day and face what's coming! I was 17 when we got together 34 years ago! Crazy saying that out loud! Time goes way too fast! Cheers mate👍
Yeah, I know. I do have a lot of area but it is all broken up and not really enough for the bigger powered ones. The 3s are perfect, plenty of speed and power but top out before I run out of grass! I know you guys over there are generally packed into tight quarters. I plan on working on the area near the track and cleaning out those cinder block retaining walls and flattening it all out for a better spot to run!
Merry Christmas Addam 🎄 fantastic looking trucks.. really like the look of those big rocks 🤩 Santa got me a hornet so looking forward to building that 😊
Merry Christmas to you as well! I made out really well and I am very lucky to have a wife and mom that still spoil me!! Awesome you got the Hornet, it is a fun build and always a cool one to see and hear running around. Nothing else quite sounds like them running around!
Cool looking trucks everyone should have some bashers vintage cars are nice but it’s nice just have fun with cars and not worry about breaking parts lol
Thanks! Exactly, these are the fun-haver, throw it all around type of trucks and I can save the Tamiya and Kyosho kits for more leisurely drives and out on the track when it is dry enough. I can clean these up just enough to not loo awful and toss them on the shelf for the next run. The kit cars I tend to have to clean them super well before they go back on the shelf which takes a lot more time!
Yes! I made out very well once again. My wife and mom still enjoy spoiling me and I am fine with it LOL!! The Big Rock was a blast and the Kagama I know will be too! Raining all weekend here so it will have to wait a bit a longer to go out and rip up the yard!
Thanks! Santa wife and Santa mom were very good to me and spoiled me once again! The Big Rock was a blast to drive and seeing it ride out the wheelies was my favorite part! I will get the Kagama out soon, I got the motor fans installed last night. Sadly it is raining all weekend so it will be next week sometime before I get out there with it! I know it will be a real ripper and I am going to have to get some grass seed for next spring! LOL!!!
Thanks Bob! Santa wife and Santa mom were very good to me and spiled me once again! the BigRock was a blast and I learned the hard way to not stand behind it and nail the throttle, it throws everything it touches at you!! LOL! The Kagama is a beast and I will get it out for a run but it is raining here all weekend. You guys getting snow from it or just the rain??
LOL, yeah... Santa wife and Santa mom do like to spoil me for some reason. I am not going to argue with it at all! The Big Rock was a blast and the Kagama I know will be once I get it out. I got the motor fans installed last night and once it dries up I will get it out for a rip! Raining here all weekend too!
Thanks! I have some plans to make it more fun out there, I will trying to get all that done before spring (fingers crossed! The Big Rock was a blast and I was covered in mud and grass by the time the battery died! LOL!
On the track it would beat them, in the yard, no chance! On the track together... it better be faster or it would get monster jammed right into the ground LOL!!
Yeah I learned the hard way to not stand behind it and nail the throttle, it throws everything it touches at you! LOL! Seeing it get up on the rear wheels and ride out a wheelie was my favorite part!
Santa was very, very nice to you. I have heard and seen good things about the Corally products. Congratulations on getting a battery sponsor. I think you can do some great bashing videos.with these two cars. With your skills I am sure you. a build some jumps to use. Have a great new year's eve.
Yes, Santa wife and Santa mom were very good to me!! For some reason they seem to like me a lot, I don't question it! LOL! I have seen bunch of reviews and Al speaks very highly of them so I wanted to check on out. The CNHL battery just arrive this evening, and so did a line of nasty thunderstorms so no running tomorrow, I got enough mud thrown on me the last time out LOL! I do plan on doing some work to the garden area where the track is to make more room for them to romp around out there. Take care Michael and wishing you all the best in the new year!
Thanks Thad, the Big Rock was a blast and the Kagama I known is a beast as well from driving Al's. I hope you guys are feeling better over there. Take care and have a great weekend.
Thank you! We had a terrific Christmas and wishing you all the best in the new year year. Much more to come and thanks for being apart of it! You all made my 2024 great!
It is a fun little beast, driving Al's was super fun! I got the motor fans installed on it last night. I just need it to dry up some to head over to Al's and rip it around some!
LOL, more like spoiled honestly! Santa wife and Santa mom like me a lot for some weird reason! I made out very well and had a lot of fun with the Big Rock. I know the Kagama will be loads of fun too! I am super excited to try out the CNHL batteries, I have heard a lot of good things about them. They are sending over some goodies for both of these!
@@AddamsPlayground That is awesome! Are you less interested in 1/10 scale vehicles? I think I am... Recently I have been wanting to get into larger scale vehicles (1/6 , 1/5, etc.) not that I can afford them or have anywhere to run them. That or smaller scale like 1/18 or smaller. Mini-Z's never really appealed to me until recently. I am so confused.... I am not sure if I am trying to compensate by wanting bigger toys or if I am super confident because I want the super tiny ones! Maybe this is just senility mixed with manhood compensation. 😜😜
@@canuckchuck8836 Some of it is I do get kind of burnt out on the build-paint-run-repeat process so a fun RTR thrown in the mix keeps me from getting tired of the builds. The other part is I have them for beating on and not worrying about breaking them. Parts are readily available unlike Tmaiya and Kyosho at times and generally fairly cheap. I think the biggest thing lately is being able to drive some of the bog and badass ones got me excited for the speed and power!!! I have just been enjoying the "bang em around' ones lately. I will still be doing builds and collecting the Tamiya stuff but I am having a lot of fun with the bashers. I'd love some of the big nasty 8s ones but not enough room or money for them here!
@@AddamsPlayground Agreed! I really like building kits BUT I am reluctant to even drive them in case I wreck them. I find RTR's I am less precious with and feel less guilt being a bit rough with them. And by 'a bit rough' I mean actually driving them but still being super cautious so I don't break anything. Part of me really wants something like an XMaxx. I am not a 1:1 monster truck fan but something about the smaller scale ones I am really drawn to. Unfortunately, Arrma do not make an XMaxx equivalent and the Primal trucks are STUPID expensive. Still, cannot justify $1500CDN for the XMaxx (not a huge Traxxas fan either) and have no space. Oh well! 1st world problems are nice to have!
Congratulations on your new acquisitions. I’ve had that big rock in my cart several times over the last year. For some reason, I just never pulled the trigger on it and I end up getting something else completely different. Same goes for Kraton, I have every intention to finally get one and then I chjcken out and get something else. The Wife was good to me this year. I got the Tamiya 956 Porsche, Axial SCX 24 bronco, AX24, element, Enduro Ecto, Tamiya Porsche RSR, And I got myself an SCX6 honcho and a vanquish A1 optic. It’s the big batteries that keep me from getting bigger trucks like the X-Maxx. Luckily, I live on a 3 acre property now with a decent sized open meadow that I think I’d like to build a track on. Just maybe that X Maxx is in my future someday.
Oh wow, you made out like a bandit for sure! I have been eyeing the Big Rock for a year or two as well, like you said, just never pulled the trigger. It is a really fun truck and I had a blast getting acorns, sticks and dirt thrown at me with it! LOL! The Kagama is just as much fun and more stable, it was a real fun one (from driving Al's previously) I will get that out once the rains move out. The 3/4s rigs are about as much as I can run out here, I just don't have the space needed for the bigger 6s or 8s ones. They are a blast to drive but you do need some open area to open them up and really have fun with them. Your spot sounds great for them. I drove Als 8s Outcast and it is a really awesome thing!! Such a giant beast ripping around and riding wheelies and taking jumps like they are nothing. The big guys are a whole new world!!
Yes, I can't keep driving (tumbling) all of his! LOL! The Big Rock is a lot of fun and the perfect power to shred but still be able to run it here. The Kagama is an animal and it drives like it has magnets sucking it down to the ground, runs super flat and just shreds! I had a blast driving Al's here recently. I got the motor fans installed last night but it is raining here all weekend, I think for you too, so not much going on outside! I will try and get it out next week at some point though!
It was a blast, on 4 wheels more than 3 LOL! I normally check them all but this time I just chucked the battery in and took off! It was funny seeing the tire just rolling by though. Al is a great guy and you find yourself smiling the whole time watching his videos hearing him laughing, it is very infectious!
Yeah, I am really enjoying them lately and boy are they tough! Great things have double letters in their name Like you and I LOL) The Kagama is a really cool truck, I hope to get it out for a run soon, sadly it is raining here all weekend. We are hosting my side of the family for Christmas today and tomorrow I will be starting a new Tamiya build so being stuck in the house is not bad at all! Take care Nanni, enjoy your weekend!
Hey Addam 👋 Sorry for the late comment, but better late than never:) Wow, Santa must love you😊 All I got was a $30 gift card 😂 No, Christmas is not about the gifts, but the time you spend with loved ones ❤️ But anyway, great cars😊 I also wish you a happy new year 🎊🎆🎇 See you next year😊
No worries, always great seeing you here though. Santa wife and Santa mom do like to spoil me for some reason, I don't question it! I have spent a lot of the last week with friends and family, it has been great. Saw some that we do not get to see very often so that was very nice! I am ready to return to the regular normal though, this last month and a half has been a whirlwind blur! LOL! The Big Rock was a really fun one to drive and I know the Kagama will be too. I got the motor fans installed on it the other night and will get it out once it dries up some out here, everything is squishy and soggy! Wishing you all the best in the new year, take care!
Thanks! Merry Christmas to you as well! My wife and mom spoiled me well once again and got me two great trucks! The Big Rock was ripping it up well out there and when it got up on the rear wheels and rode out the wheelies, that was my favorite part! the Kamaga is a real beast and I will get it out soon but it will be raining here all weekend so it will be next week some time at the earliest.
@@SeamasDelaney I made out really good this year, my wife and mom seem to like me a little bit, I don't question it! Take care and wishing you all the best in the new year!
Very nice Addam two very nice RCs for sure . Nice bashing around you definitely are having fun ! Just a quick heads up check your diff's !!! I just got X2 outcast 8s I have inspected one of them and they are dry 😮 just a little moist but not good enough 😢
Thanks! The Big Rock was a blast ripping around out there. I ended up getting hit with all kinds of acorns, mud, grass and rocks from it! I need to learn to not drive in so close to me a blast the throttle LOL!! Thanks for the heads up. The diffs felt like they had plenty of oil in there, both front and rear had a good feel to them. I am going to swap out the oil for something different, waiting it to arrive as my LHS did not have the weight I wanted in stock! That 8s Outcast is super cool, I kind of fell in love with it when I drove Al's It is such a great truck, I really enjoyed it. That was odd your were so dry, good thing you checked on it!
Thanks, the spoiled me really well! I found hints don't work well, sending them direct links to the things you want along with any applicable coupon codes works a whole lot better! I am a very lucky guy though, I know this!
Merry Christmas! Looks like you made out better than me, that Big Rock is awesome. I got a Tamiya Subaru Brat and in lieu of a second RC car, I got some underwear. Isn’t that exiting?! I have to say that I have never even heard of the Corally Kagama so I am looking forward to watching it run. Have a Happy New Year!
I did really well for sure! The Big Rock is a blast and I really loved seeing it riding those wheelies out there! The Brat is a cool one and almost two kits, you get the tow body sets with it! I didn't get undies or socks... I really needed the socks LOL! The Kagama is a really cool truck, I got to run Al's recently and it is a little monster! Super stable and rowdy! Take care and wishing you all the best in the new year!
The lil rock will always be my favorite arrma 3s . Very tough lil guy considering the arms are so long . Like they hit a balance with it cause when they came out with the v3 of it, people were having problems with the 4s kraton breaking arms and chassis and all that while the big rock would just survive all the abuse 😂
LOL, the lil Rock was a lot of fun! I would love to have the big brother but just don't have the space to run it here. Maybe one day as the big ones are a blast to run! I am hoping this Big Rock is just as tough as my Granite has been, I am sure I will bust and axle or two but if that is all like the granite it will be loads of fun! I was eyeing a stripped down chassis on eBay for a parts donor in case I do break something. Right now it is way cheaper than the sum of its parts and it is all new so I may pick it up. If anything it will ensure nothing actually does break on this one! LOL!
Yeah, here I am complaining I don't have the space for the big 6 and 8s ones and a lot of you guys in the UK and Europe barely have enough yard to run a grasshopper around! I guess that is why tracks are much more plentiful over there than here! They are fun ones and yes, they do a lot better with all 4 wheels attached LOL! I usually do a pre-flight check on everything but the last two I have run I did not. This one got me! Thankfully no damage to the wheel so just a new wheel nut and I was back in business. Take care Richard!
Sure thing! I will get some in the mail for you right away!! I saw some good sales on the Hobbywing stuff this year, I was good and did not impulse buy anything for a change though! LOL!
Yeah, I made out pretty well once again. Two great trucks that are a lot of fun! You are going to enjoy building the new Evo, it is really cool seeing how it all goes together and they made it all work! The little Capra is a beast of a crawler. I have almost bought one several times after watching videos of them driving! A very capable little rig! You did pretty well!
Yeah they are on the bigger side but still nothing compared to the bigger 6s and 8s ones, those things are ginormous! They would however eat a Tamiya for lunch! I could run a pair of 2s batteries in there, I would have to make the splitter wires for them but it would fit. I could run 3s in there as well but I wanted to get the motor fans in before running it and CNHL are sending over some nice new batteries for both of them. The Kagama is not loads faster but boy does it run well and it is built like a tank!
You make me want to get my big rock out I'm off Sunday but it's supposed to rain all day of course I wanted to see if the wheel nuts were 7 mm and they were and I had to tighten them all Arma quality Are your shocks leaking yet The reason why I went with the 3S instead of the 6S is because of the plastic chassis (and price shh)
Yeah it is going to be wet here all weekend as well. We are host my family's side of Christmas here this afternoon but Sunday will be when I dig into the Comical Grasshopper and start building that. I normal doe a once over on all the RTRs but this time I just slapped a battery in and went out. I gracefully lost the tire and I went back and found all of them were loose! That was a first for me! No, the shocks are not leaking yet LOL! The 6s one is awesome, just too much for out here, I just don't have the room for one with that much power and speed. The 4s is really pushing it but the 3s ones are just about perfect for here! Take care my friend and have a great weekend!
I don't think it was a good boy thing, just a wife and mom that are still willing to spoil me after all these years. I guess I am doing something right though! Take care and have a great weekend!
I need to get my Senton out, it has been a long time since it has been out for some fun. Mine is just the 550 so it doesn't have enough power to get itself into trouble!
Is the Sketer higher end than the Kagama 4s as I know it has sway bars and aluminium socks but really want one - which is the better truck in your opinion m? I can pick up a Sketer now for £329 and the Kagama for £359 and I don’t know which to go for
From the conversation I had with Al the Skeeter and the Kagama 4s are very much the same. The Kagama made some changes to improve this for durability and reliability. I know they changed the pivot ball retainer and some other stuff. the Kagama has the huge aluminum shocks on it as well. He said they is about a 90% parts compatibility rate between them. the only thing he mentioned he di not tlike is the new retainers for the CVD axle pins, they went from a coiled spring type retainer to a singular clip retainer and he lost one out running. they sent him new parts but the old spring style from the skeeter were better. He can answer the question better than I can but from what I know the Kagama 4s is an improved Skeeter so it may be well worth the 30 pounds difference. You can ask him on his channel www.youtube.com/@sparetimerc

Happy new year ✨️🎉
Thanks! Both are a blast to drive! Happy New Year to you as well, wishing you all the best!
@@AddamsPlayground happy new year to you and your family too m8
Merry Christmas Addam! Good haul for sure! Enjoy and have a happy new year as well!
P.S. I’m currently checking my wheel nuts! 😂
Those 4s Corrally cars look awesome, looks like you get a lot of car for a decent price.
Wats good bro bro I'm crazy happy for you and all the goodies you have received...I have a car on order my personal Xmas gift to myself
Thanks! I made out well this year, thankfully some good sales and discount codes made it happen. Plus my wife and my mom spoil me so there is that too! Aint nothing wrong with getting you a little something nice for Christmas! Take care Allen and have a wonderful weekend!!
Nice rigs man... That black rock is rippin.. hahah lost somthing there.. CNHL for the win brother... Awesome your gunna be happy with them for sure...
@AddamsPlayground thats awesome I love it when rc vehicles do great right out of the box as they should I need to sell some but hate the hassle lol
@@AdventureTimeRC Yeah, I am sending a few out to other channels. I refuse to try and sell them as it is always a terrible experience. Well, eBay isn't awful but still a lot of extra work!
Santa has been kind to you this year! Merry Christmas to you and your family 🎄⛄️❄️🎅🇬🇧🇺🇸
LOL
Awesome goodies Addam. Santa loves you😉
Thanks, two really great trucks under the tree! Santa wife and Santa mom did well and are still spoiling me after all these years! LOL!
Vary cool. Good to have something bigger to run almost anywhere.
LOL!!
Big rock 3s is my favorite. Fun and stable.
Santa was good to you indeed. Awesome trucks.
Thanks, Santa wife and Santa mom spoiled me once again! The Big Rock was a blast and I know the Kagama will be too. I installed the motor fans last night but it is going to rain all weekend so no running with it right away.
Great haul Addam! That 3s Arrma line offers such great value!
Congratulations on your sponsorship with CNHL!🎉👍😊
Thanks Jeremy! My wife and mom really know how to spoil a guy!! I do love the 3s lineup from them and they are perfect for the space I have here! I love the bigger ones Al has but I would have to leave them over at his place to avoid breaking them here LOL! I am super excited about the partnership with CNHL as I have hear a lot of great things about their batteries! I know they are sending over some great ones for these guys! Take care and have a wonderful weekend! You guys getting rain or snow from all this coming through?? Nothing but rain here...
@ going to be much warmer this weekend and maybe rain later today but lots of rain tomorrow…I’ll take it over the cold and snow!
@@HaydadRC yeah it is supposed to be in mid 60s here and raining on and off all weekend.
You've obviously been a good boy this year!
Lovely to have such a large yard for running.....and that truck looked heaps of fun, even with three wheels!😂
We received your Christmas card yesterday buddy, many thanks my friend,it was nice to be remembered !🙏 😊
Hope you had a lovely Christmas. 🎄 🤶
👍 👍
I made out well once again! Thankfully my wife and mom still like me and seem to like spoiling me, I don't question it, I just go along! LOL!
The Big Rock was a load of fun, I was covered with as much mud and grass as it was by the time the battery was done! The free wheeling wheel was funny, thankfully I only lost the wheel nut and no damage so it was back to ripping in now time. All the others were loose as well. First time I have had a QC issue with one of the ARRMA kits.
I am glad the card got there, I need to get them in the mail a bit sooner next year!
@AddamsPlayground
Lol..... at least when we build kits ourself their is only one person to blame if anything falls off! 😂
We will have to get on the card thing next year, had a few from RC friends all over the globe..... what a kind and thoughtful community, thanks again mate.
Those are some great looking bashers Addam! Can’t wait to see running footage of both. Congratulations on getting the CNHL sponsorship!
Thanks! The Big Rock was a blast to drive and I think the other one will be too, just need to wait for the yard to dry out some! I am looking forward to getting my hands on some of their batteries!
lol... you are a very lucky fella! Good on ya wife and mum!!!
Very much so! I don't know why they like spoiling me but I do not question it! LOL!
Truly a great Christmas for you. Beautiful vehicles!
I made out really well! Santa wife and Santa mom spoil me a little bit, not sure why but I don't question it LOL! The Big Rock was a blast and the Kagama I know will be too!
Yeah! Christmas goodies 🎉
Wow you sure where a good boy this year Addam 🤣☺️ nice 👍 enjoy
I think you spelled spoiled wrong LOL! Santa wife and Santa mom were both very god to me once again! Two great trucks that are a lot of fun! The Big Rock was a blast and I will get the Kagama out as soon as the ground dries up some, super soggy out there currently!
Very nice Addam , you have been a good boy indeed 😀
LOL!
Beee-U-teee! I absolutely love my big rock! I gave it some Typhon metal shocks but not much else. wild beast!
Those are some sweet looking trucks Addam, that big rock sure hauls ass in the back yard. Happy holidays and congrats on the sponsorship.
Wow awesome gifts! I guess I was as naughty boy because I got nothing! Lol
@@RDsRCReviews Yeah that helps a lot too!
You have been a good boy Addam!😉👍
We had to get a real car so no rc for Christmas this year for me and working most of Christmas and new year too🫤🤨🙄 but boy oh boy my wife did me proud with some amazing cooking and kindness!
@MadBeeRC we were 16 and married for almost 30 years now! Best thing I ever did!
Love the "I don't really have the room" you have acres 😂 come to see our average back yard in then uk....
Merry Christmas Addam. Looks like some awesome new RCs for the Playground 🙌🏻
Yes! I made out very well once again. My wife and mom still enjoy spoiling me and I am fine with it LOL!! The Big Rock was a blast and the Kagama I know will be too! Raining all weekend here so it will have to wait a bit a longer to go out and rip up the yard!
Yes my man Ive had great experience with chnl batteries in my drones ..👊💥🤙🇦🇺
I am excited, I have heard a lot of good things about them and I am eager to try them out!
That’s awesome ,both trucks are sweet!
LOL!!!
Very Very nice man.... So much in this video so little time to say things.... Congrats and hammer down!!!
Cha ching oh man so once loves ya there guy. Super cool RC. Glad you had an awesome Christmas.
Nice spot you have there the big rock was loving it 👍
Thanks! I have some plans to make it more fun out there, I will trying to get all that done before spring (fingers crossed! The Big Rock was a blast and I was covered in mud and grass by the time the battery died! LOL!
@AddamsPlayground good stuff addam keep up the good content 👏
Nice Christmas haul!!! I think you may be able to beat those with your new hornet evo! LOL!!!
On the track it would beat them, in the yard, no chance! On the track together... it better be faster or it would get monster jammed right into the ground LOL!!
That's sick it launches
Nice Christmas present
Thanks Thad, the Big Rock was a blast and the Kagama I known is a beast as well from driving Al's. I hope you guys are feeling better over there. Take care and have a great weekend.
Merry Christmas and happy new year Addam. Thank You for a Great Year Brother.😊
Thank you! We had a terrific Christmas and wishing you all the best in the new year year. Much more to come and thanks for being apart of it! You all made my 2024 great!
Corally looks great man cant wait to see your video and face on dat 😂😊
It is a fun little beast, driving Al's was super fun! I got the motor fans installed on it last night. I just need it to dry up some to head over to Al's and rip it around some!
You MUST have been extra good this year. What a lucky boy!!! 😜
CNHL batteries are pretty good. I have a few and they never disappoint.
Nice!! getting ready to do some battle with Al with the new monster rigs! I like the corally 4s one that one looks like a beast!
@@AddamsPlayground Cool! Yep rain here also!
Great first rip even though the wheel flew off. Lol
Just checked out and subscribed to Al's channel too. 😁
Happy Days !
I made out very well! I am very lucky my wife and my mom still like to spoil me for some reason!
Arrma for sure makes a product that can fight with Traxxas... and the have double letters too.... Ciao
@@AddamsPlayground Right NN and DD... great!. I hate rain in winter and here is so may years we don't see snowing.... very sad!
@@NANNIRC Yes, I would love to see a few inches of snow, just enough to make everything pretty and to go out and ply in with a few RCs!!!
@@AddamsPlayground Don't say this to me, it's years I'm waiting for a good freezing snow to ride on the track!!
Merry fun fun Christmas!
the speed is insane!
Magic Addam. And happy new year ☘️🤙
@@SeamasDelaney I made out really good this year, my wife and mom seem to like me a little bit, I don't question it! Take care and wishing you all the best in the new year!
@ the Gifts in the Giving🤙🤙☘️
Wow nice! I dropped hints and the wife literally got me no RC 😢
Thanks, the spoiled me really well! I found hints don't work well, sending them direct links to the things you want along with any applicable coupon codes works a whole lot better! I am a very lucky guy though, I know this!
Awesome 😊
I made out very well! I am a very lucky and spoiled old kid! LOL!!
@AddamsPlayground yes Sir me too doing a subaru impreza build with all the bells and whistles 😆 🤣 🙂
LOL!
Man i wish i had the space for some big arse rc’s but then. How often would i run it 🤔😂 looks great out there. When all 4wheels are still on 😁
Yeah, here I am complaining I don't have the space for the big 6 and 8s ones and a lot of you guys in the UK and Europe barely have enough yard to run a grasshopper around!
@ ive only enough room to run a car attached to a wire 😂
Meant to ask you do have stickers needs some for the RCs and fridge lol I got an #80 amp hobby Wing combo I'm super happy
Sure thing! I will get some in the mail for you right away!! I saw some good sales on the Hobbywing stuff this year, I was good and did not impulse buy anything for a change though! LOL!
I've got/bought a year 2019 Corally F1 car kit it looks like it's made by NASA. Next project.
I've never realy looked at their on road stuff, I will have to take a look at it. I know this Kagama is built like a tank!
It looks like you had a good R/C Christmas. I did too. I got a Tamiya Hornet EVO from my wife. I also got a 1/18 scale Axial Capra 4WS car. Thoughts?
Yeah, I made out pretty well once again. Two great trucks that are a lot of fun! You are going to enjoy building the new Evo, it is really cool seeing how it all goes together and they made it all work! The little Capra is a beast of a crawler. I have almost bought one several times after watching videos of them driving! A very capable little rig! You did pretty well!
@@AddamsPlayground I think so. I have a wife and kids that care of me like that. It sounds like you do too.
Those trucks are huge 👀 Like an american 1:1 pickup 😆
Can't u use 2 2S instead of 1 4S in that Kagama ? 2.8" vs 3.8" :)
You make me want to get my big rock out I'm off Sunday but it's supposed to rain all day of course
I wanted to see if the wheel nuts were 7 mm and they were and I had to tighten them all Arma quality
Are your shocks leaking yet
The reason why I went with the 3S instead of the 6S is because of the plastic chassis (and price shh)
💯🤸♂️🙌
Thanks for checking it out and checking in! I made out very well! I am a very lucky and spoiled old kid! LOL!!
I'm must of been a bad boy this year, Santa didn't give me anybRC cars this year 😢 or maybe he knew I went to Japan and stocked up.
I don't think it was a good boy thing, just a wife and mom that are still willing to spoil me after all these years. I guess I am doing something right though! Take care and have a great weekend!
Curious how you can beat the snot of a big rock and not a senton 😮
@@AddamsPlayground Thanks and definitely it’s the Kagama now 😊
