Great job getting your leg out from under the bike before it landed on it. I didn't do as well and had my leg twist around under the bike , had to take 8 months off riding but i'm ok now and back on the bike. life is good.
Thanks. I got mine caught under my V-strom 650 a few years ago so I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm glad you're healed and back riding. Getting hurt sucks. 👊
Love the video brother. Seeing you and Timmy ridding down old River Street brings back a shit ton of memories. One of my favorite memories is when my wife, her two cousins and I did a Ghost pub crawl walking tour with about 14 other people. I will not get into what happened that night on here, but it involved a Banana, glow in the dark condom, three legged billygoat and a harmonica lol. That's a story to be told around the camp fire lol. Anyway. When you were on Tybee island filming the beach. You caught where our vacation beach house is. It's straight across from the water tower right after you make the sharp right hand curve onto the main drag. I have found quit a bit of stuff on that beach metal detecting from where you were standing and back up to the beach house. Look forward to the next video brother. Until then Be safe and keep on hammering the shit out of it....
Thanks man. That sounds like an interesting story lol. I've always wondered what type of stuff could be found on SC and GA beaches with a metal detector. I'll try my best to stay safe and I'll definitely keep hammering the shit out of it! 👊
"Damn Sand" I had the same thing happen. Never been on a bike EVER. Day 2 I did the SCAR sandhill section. I got my butt WHIPPED for sure. Not the best choice but I definitely learned fast.
@TheBeardedGrump yep I hear you on that. I have been riding for a year now and I am in the Sumter SC area so the Sandhills are my backyard. So I have ridden it many times now and I am getting better. It was rough but it made me a better rider. Have a great weekend guys - Jon
Another nice video, bro! To comment on your question....I've gotten looks from locals, but most folks are inquisitive and make some comment about me looking like a spaceman. I will say that some spots I've gotten into have been so far back in the sticks they had kids taking turns pumping in the sunshine. I felt safer there than riding through Chicago or Milwaukee Ill tell ya.
Thanks! I like when people ask us what we're doing or why we're dressed the way we are. It's interesting. We walked into a store and the lady at the register asked me what I did for a living because I had my hydration vest on with my camera attached to it. Lol. I definitely agree with you that it not only feels safer than being in a major city but it is way more safer being out in the sticks
@TheBeardedGrump for sure! My wife was watching the video with me and mentioned how nice the campground was after you said it "wasn't ideal". I had to let her know that you're like me. Free.99 and quiet is the best camping spot. Riding ADV bikes to me is about going where others can't to experience what others never will
@perrysteed4069 it was a nice campground but a crowded one. It's definitely nice being out away from everything when camping in a tent especially on a bike

Some beautiful sites in and around Savannah!
There definitely is. It's just so crowded
Looks like a great day of riding 🙂
It was awesome. 👊
Great footage. Well done
Thanks Jake! 👊💥
Awesome video Greg. Really nice areas! - Frank
Thanks Frank. It's definitely beautiful down that way.
@@TheBeardedGrump And ending at the water, just amazing! - Frank
Looks like a fun ride! Glad yall had soft landings lol.
It was fun. We laughed a lot 🤣. The sand is definitely better to hit that hard mountain ground
fun video as always!
Thanks! 👊

Another great one! I wish we could hear Timmy better.
Thanks. I'm going to work on that. My mic keeps moving off of the speaker.
That log didn't cooperate as a bench, huh Timmy? LOL
He actually made it work 😂. I have to comment for him because he's still restricted for comments. UA-cam is strict lol

We've grown to like it somewhat lol. Once you get a little bit more used to it it isn't as bad. Except for Florida sand that still sucks! 😂

That fall in the sand is what I call a “snapper” cause it snaps your front wheel out from under you. hate sand
That's a good way to describe it lol. I like the sand for the most part. We got to laugh a lot
@ yup. It snaps your front wheel so fast you don’t have time to tense up so less chance of injury. You do tend to high side on a snapper though
Another nice video, bro!

At least you had a slow crash in the sand last time i busted in sand i high sided at about 45mph man it sucked
Yeah I don't want to high side anytime especially at 45 lol
Sand is evil!😂😂😂
😂🤣
