- Miyazakigyu is the top brand of Japanese Wagyu known for its quality and consistency. Produced from Japanese Black cattle, and raised in Miyazaki prefecture, Miyazakigyu has become known for its snowflake-like marbling. In order to qualify as Miyazakigyu, cattle must be born and raised in Miyazaki Prefecture and graded A4 and above. Miyazakigyu has won the “Wagyu Olympics” in 2007 and 2012 which is the first time in the history of the tournament that a brand has been able to win consecutive awards.

It has actually been getting dark later and later since the winter solstice the end of December. Loved the dinner you had! WOW! Just amazing! We couldn’t afford a dinner like that when we were there last week.

Yessss we ate there a few years ago 4 people I want to say it was around 300$ as Disney restaurants go it’s pricey but fun and kids love it. If you don’t have the budget for this one try a local Kobe 🎉 lots of fun

My husband had an A5 Wagyu rib eye steak at Fogo de Chao about a year ago and he moaned the whole way home. The fat content of the steak was too much for him. 4 oz. was plenty for you to taste. I'm glad to see it was worthy of the black and white slo mo for you!
$100 is more then I would want to spend, but far from the most expensive .

Hi Nate! I love Japan pavilion! It is my favorite one. All the beautiful bonsai and the koi pond. The drummers, too! I really love the sushi there, I've never been to that side of the restaurant with the hibachi. Exciting!
Nate I found a fancy restaurant in winter haven that seems rite up your alley VERY FANCY! Arabella’s hopefully we get to go one day soon.

So many new rides have popped up since I was a passholder in 2016: Frozen, Guardians of Galaxy, Rise of the Resistance, Tron, Avatar, Ratatouille, Runaway Railway, Slinky Dog Dash. Also the castle changed color, Skyliner, Connections Cafe, Poly DVC bungalows, Disney Springs from Downtown Disney. Many new restaurants, too: Skipper Canteen, Tiffins, too many to count at Disney Springs. The Boardwalk bar is different, Kona Cafe got a face lift. Wishes fireworks, the mayor and the train that would come in at rope drop, Fountain of the Nations at Epcot - really miss that fountain and also the waterfall that was in the center of the Poly up until 2014! I keep hoping they will put it back. It was magical.

I can't believe I never knew there was Wagyu at EPCOT!! This is absolutely my next "must do", I first had Wagyu in Doha in 2014 and I haven't found anything that matched up here in the states. Thanks for the information.
Two attractions were planned for the japan pavilion a Mt fuji ride and a Bullet train ride. they got scrapped due to space concerns.
Germany was supposed to get the Rhine river adventure next to Bier Garden but that got scrapped thanks to money and it was the 90s Thank you mike Eisner.
I know that something will fill the gap between pavilions sooner or later just what country is a mystery

Dude, where do you live or is that just click bait? 100 bucks for a steak *(especially Wagyu) is NOTHING. I know some places where a good RibEye or Plank goes $100 aged. Maybe you're talking about the most expensive KIND of steak.

Nate, watch the Japanese UA-cam videos on Wagyu steakhouses. They are fascinating. They always give you some salt and few other accompaniments for the wagyu. The steak is always quickly cooked and comes with just a few simple veggies.
