I fell 7 floors and survived, i broke my neck, back, 11 vertebrae, scapular, pelvis, jaw, rib, internal bruising and tears.. i spent 4 1/2 months in rehabilitation I was partially paralysed and had to learn to walk again, coordination and balance, frozen shoulder and my hands tightened due to scar tissue from the surgery. I have spasticity and nerve issues and sensation in my legs, my right hand doesn't work properly and the cold makes my body tighten. But im alive and i can walk so count myself as blessed, it could have been a lot worse..😢
