Wow.. What great timing.. I am there now with a long term illness and feeling like I will never heal.. that the rest of my life will be sickness and pain.. I also have a lot of stress surrounding July 10 and on top of that a career that I have outgrown and have been trying to change.. I was thinking last night about your video you had done a while back on your chanting and how it changed your lives and how I need to do that for 30 minutes each night. along with this meditation.. I needed this so much right now in my life. The last couple of years my health feels like that of a person in their 80s. I have always had health issues since I was a child and I have always felt that I was different than every body else. When I closed my eyes and my palms up, it felt like I had this energy circling around my whole body, like it was traveling. Thank you for posting this video. I really appreciate it.

I love your positive videos. Just need some advice... I tried to meditate but feel like there is a wall between. When we were done I was relaxed but not sure if I really know how to meditate. 😭
It sounds like you were meditating. The more often you try to meditate even when you think youre doing it wrong, the easier it becomes. I use to do a meditation where you stare at a flame and let the thoughts pass by, its a good one for those starting out.

What's the most healing thing you've ever done for your soul? I feel like a wall has been built and I need something to break it down so I can start to heal. It feels like it needs to be something powerful because bricks are being added just as gradually as they're being taken down.
