Learn English: Daily English Dictation 201 & Listening Comprehension: Answers & Explanation

Daily Dictation is an ESL/EFL channel on UA-cam for people who want to improve their English listening skills. Various audio samples are used to teach the vast varieties of English pronunciation. The purpose of these videos is to expose English students to as many types of English scenarios as possible. An introduction to the background of the topic being discussed, a discussion of cultural points, and a detailed discussion of the pronunciation make up most of the lessons.
If you can SAY it, you can HEAR it!! Pronunciation is VERY important^^

In American English,I found many words with two pronunciations such as long ( lɔːŋ, lɑːŋ),chocolate( ˈtʃɑːklət,ˈtʃɔːklət),...So,wha­­­t is difference between ɑː and ɔː? For example,what will happen if i pronounce dog as dɑːg,not dɔːg or cough as kɑːf,not kɔːf? Are both of them right?
In many dictionaries, lot is written as lɑːt,but in other dictionaries lot is written as lɑt
ɑː or ɑ is correct?

Shane, just wanna tell u to bewear. some of my friend's youtube channel were closed by UA-cam without warning, even they got many subscribers bcuz of the copyright. This one is a nice try btw, but what about the old vids? I dont wanna lose them in the future..really i love yo channel.

Imagine Im Universal Studios and I ask google to remove from search a result which points to a harry potter's video in my own website. That's related to what happened to you... if there's a result on search which contains some copyright material, an automated system notifies and asks companies like google and youtube to remove that material; there are some bugs on that programs, some companies have asked google to remove from search their own websites. What can we hope then? Of course you'd win!

I just don't realize how old method infringed copyright.
Of course, I am in according with new method, but probably it would be a little harder for new subscribers than it was early.
