Hey, listen, there is absolutely nothing boring about your videos! Enough said. I can't speak for everyone but I for one love every minute of watching you work and listening to you chat about what you're doing or telling about what Chris is doing. So let's toss that word, boring, right out the window. Speaking of which, these windows, oh wow, wow, wow!! Seriously, the transfers took them to an entirely new level. They are stunning! And, I'm kinda, sorta, envious, but not really, I just struggle with finding old windows that are actually salvageable. Many, if not most, of the time they have rotting wood, or they're falling apart. Great job Yvonne! xx
Lol.. love that… yes.. some of my windows in my… cough.. cough.. hoard are broken down like that. Those are the ones we do pallet wood in if possible.. those darn windows I just can’t pass them up when I run across them.. well if they are priced right. You never know if you’ll come across them again 🤍
Yvonne, you have created another lovely piece, giving us very precise instructions on how to handle this stencil material. You are a born teacher aswell as a talented designer! Thank you.
There is never anything boring about your videos! Your voice itself is so soothing and reassuring. Those windows are all beautiful! I cant wait to try it myself. Thanks.
Lots to say tonight (Lol) when you have an interrupted flow such as the window with "two for one" rub on the top and cut it right at the wood and continue on the next half. You got this, your the boss lady this way😘🌻🌻🌻
Farmhouse isn't my style but I always learn so much from your videos and you are not boring! You provide so much information about how to select and prepare items for resale and are even nice enough to share your retail prices.
Yvonne, you are my kind of gal! Thank you for sharing everything! Repair how to, cleaning, transfer do’s and mistakes. I always learn so much from you. I love the “window art”. I hope they sell out!
Great video. Love the fact that even with your talent you are still one of us, slightly fallible. Lol. Love those sunflowers! Keep on teaching us as well as entertaining us.
I also upcycle pieces to resell. Had my first experience with the sunflowers this week. Took an old steamer trunk that just wouldn't sell as is, painted it a light sage then made a stem with three sunflowers (the bud on top), then added in 2 stems of lavender. I'll hand paint a twine bow on the stem, seal and add bun feet on the bottom to make a coffee table. Next, I have to strip out the inside and re upholster it with Goodwill fabric. Already have lots of interest in it, so not bad for a $5 garage sale trunk!!
I am addicted to your channel, you and Chris are perfectionists. I am in Australia and we don’t get many of the things you thrift from our stores but love everything you do. I think your prices are very reasonable you could get twice as much over here. Keep on sharing😊
You show great pride in your finished product by all the work you put into each window. I believe in this pride as well. The finished product shows care and attention. I like the sunflowers the best, but the other two...goodness, I love those too. Thank you. YES you are inspiring!
Oh WOW! Those windows are absolutely gorgeous!! When I saw the prices I almost fell off the couch...add a digit to the front and that would be a fair price for something that beautiful!
Oh my goodness Yvonne the windows are absolutely stunning.. How clever and patient you are to do such exquisite, time consuming work.. I loved this video.. Best wishes from Tracey in the UK 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️xxx
Love, love old windows and especially how you transformed these! Beautiful, beautiful work! Now I'm on the hunt for a window or two! Thank you for tackling this Project!
I loved this. Especially how you show us how you correct things that don’t go right…I am so glad you do not edit out problems you come across. I learn so much from you.
You may have struggled a bit, but came out glorious. These look like you're an old pro. They are beautiful, especially the sunflowers, so 3 dimensional!
Loved every minute of this video, including the little "mishaps" or perfectly imperfect moments you shared with us from start to finish...thank you for all you do...Love from Susan in Florida
Yvonne.. people should appreciate you showing how you clean those windows before painting. People may not know to be gentle, or to remove super chippy paint. GREAT LEARNING TOOLS for people who don’t do these often 👍 I appreciate seeing how you do it. The New Transfers in the Pad do stick better! Oh my… the older ones in the tubes do take lots of rubbing. I love that tool you were using, the stick hurts my hands too! I find with the ones in the tubes, I cut them into pieces ( ex: wording, flower, scroll) and place them individually. Ask me how I know. 😬😬😬😬 Trying to remove the transfer is just about impossible….. I did a faux pumpkin with a transfer and should have cut it down , then placed individual pieces on….. Took hot water, LOTS of soap, stiff brush and a couple of days get it cleaned off…. 😩 What a waste of a Transfer…that was more upsetting than the work to get it off. You certainly gave excellent tips..and good for people to see normal crafters and NOT Martha Stewart “ it’s a good thing” craft….LOL !!! Real life is a BETTER TEACHING TOOL ANYDAY 💛 The Sunflower, Lavender and Peonies is my favorite Transfer. Those Sunflowers are GORGEOUS ! All those windows came out gorgeous !!! I can’t pick a favorite….love the black transfers and love the Sunflowers ! I can’t wait to hear how they sell for you! Great, great video !!!! Hugs to you! 💛💛🌻🌻🌻💛💛
Thank you Jayne. As you know I treat every video as if someone is watching for the first time. My love of old windows. I know if I can show others how to salvage them. They can see their beauty too. Oh I wish I could just buy just the sunflowers. These IODs ones are the absolute best I’ve come across. I may try others. Thank you for sharing my passion 🌻🤍
All that rubbing gave you a great cardio workout. Your little bloopers and how you handle them has saved your viewers a lot of time and stress. The struggles are real and the results are worth it. Always happy to see you introduce new techniques.
Thank you Arlene for noticing that. I always hope to share how to work through the difficulties. Because as we all know they are real and do happen. I appreciate you acknowledging it💝
Oh Yvonne, these are absolutely exquisite! I enjoyed learning how you took a dirty window and created a true masterpiece! I’m very interest to know if you are able to sell each one People are so cheap, they have no idea how much money you put into your products - much less all your labor. I would definitely pay that much for the windows, but I realize how much everything cost. You have won me over and I can’t wait to purchase some transfers. P.S. I have a weakness for old windows, too! 😉 ~Linda
I love that you share the good, bad and ugly! We all make mistakes and I’ll speak for myself, it encourages me to continue moving forward and trust the process! Blessings! 🌷
I LOVE the windows! The sunflower one has to be my absolute favorite. I sometimes call things happy accidents. It may not be the way I planned, but I am happy with the way my craft turned out. When my cousin put new windows in my great grandparents house, she gave us each a window with a picture of their home decoupaged on to the glass. I truly treasure it!
The transfers on the windows came out gorgeous! I have the sunflower transfers and was saving it for an undetermined special project. Now I know why I’m using them on!! Yes, you have inspired me, as you always do. Thanks Yvonne!!
I totally loved everything you did with the IOD transfers they are amazing and so are you you did an awesome job got a lot of ideas running through my head right now thank you so much for sharing
I am so happy that I am NOT the only person who has an issue with collecting old windows. I love them. The first one I got was so hard to find. The second one I snuck over to an old abandoned house that was in our neighborhood that was about to be torn down. There were also huge old arched stained glass windows that I wanted so badly but no one was willing to help me get them. They ended up being destroyed when the city tore it down. Such a shame. It still hurts thinking about it. 😒😞I never thought about using transfers on old windows. I was about to ask how you hang them since they are so heavy but you just answered for me. These all turned out so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. I absolutely agree that coming up with ideas is the most difficult part of crafting. I think a close second would be trying to figure out how to make the image in your head reality. Some projects just take more time to figure out.
Hi I am new to your channel. I loved watching the whole process. I think that all the windows turned out beautifully. I can't wait to check out more of your videos. Have a blessed day.
I didn't really think I would like the colored transfers but those sunflowers are just beautiful. The black and white transfers just look so classic and are beautiful as well.
All the windows turned out great. All the flower transfers turn out great. The sunflower transfer OMG turned out gorgeous. Sorry Im being partial I Love Sunflowers. I think these sunflowers are the ones Ive been looking at to order. Beautiful creations.
I do believe the “magic stick” that comes with every transfer is the right tool to use rather than the big boy you started with. Beautiful projects !! 🌻
Did read the price $45.00 to $75.00 for those beautiful windows? Surely you meant $145.00 to $175.00. You put so much work into them and they are so stunning!
These windows are absolutely gorgeous. Very nice job on all of them. And I appreciate you showing us the steps and tell how to make it easier for us. We're all learning from each other. ♥️. Love your vision and your videos. 😘♥️
I am always amazed that I can take-away ideas for my own style of decorating from your tutorials. I ama a subscriber to many of the DIYers you've recommended & my goodness, I've learned color combinations, style, how-to-use or reuse things I was ready to throw out. I salute you & the wonderful DIYers who so selflessly share with the rest of us. Wish I had more than two thumbs to give !
Hey Ginger Chic,,,, Yes it may be booooring BUT DONT APLOAGISE,,,, it shows how to prep properly,, it shows the "mistakes" if u dont do it a serton way,,, not so boring if its informative to get it right ,,,,, i have learnt soooooo much from u,,, it gets me through lockdown here in Victoria, Australia, thanx so much oxoxoxoxoxoxo
They are so,so pretty. I love them all 'cause what's not too? You make your videos a treat to watch along with the giggles. Your projects are always top notch,, whomever gets them will never be sorry they did. You get what you pay for. God Bless, Hugs, Rebekah
Great video and tips! I have tons of windows I got for free and am using the very large transfers on some windows that are just the size of the transfer!
I think it was easier to transfer the color transfers because you were using the little plastic tool and it puts more pressure in a smaller area making it easier to rub off.

Love the sunflower window. Just beautiful
Oh my goodness!!! I absolutely love!! I've always loved old windows. My favorite would be the rooster. But, I love them all.
My favorite window project you have ever done. Beautiful.
Fabulous Job!!! Love these windows. Perfectly Imperfect as you always say!!
Those are so sweet!!! Adorable!!!
You could also hang some fairly light in the back of them!!!
Nothing boring here! Love the transfers. The sunflowers are absolutely beautiful!
Farmhouse isn't my style but I always learn so much from your videos and you are not boring! You provide so much information about how to select and prepare items for resale and are even nice enough to share your retail prices.
Aww.. thank you for watching with an open mind 💝

Great video. Love the fact that even with your talent you are still one of us, slightly fallible. Lol. Love those sunflowers! Keep on teaching us as well as entertaining us.
Ooooh, the windows! I hope there will be some left for me to see when I come through on Saturday afternoon. Love them, Yvonne.

I absolutely love all of them!! I've always wanted to try something with windows but never really knew what, until now.😊👍

Oh.. thank you. I always hope it helps someone out 🤗
Beautiful Yvonne! I cannot afford those products 😂😂😂
I think it was easier to transfer the color transfers because you were using the little plastic tool and it puts more pressure in a smaller area making it easier to rub off.
