the starter boxes are 60€, models start at 8€ for three, and usually are 30€ for 10 for the cheap ones and 35€ for 5 for the elites. you don't need to paint your models, gw paints are 3€ each, shades are 6€ and if you only use two colors and a wash thats 12€ for you. if you go to a tournament expect competitive enemies, if you play in a store you won't see a lot of people that bring their tournement lists. i have never been mocked at a gw store, tournament or anywhere else while playing warhammer with anyone else than my friends, most people are very happy to have an opponent to play against, and especially at the stores they will do their best to make sure you have fun and anyone thats been in the hobby for a while will probably let you make minor mistakes, but in the end they are still the rules, and the 8th edition rulebook isn't that much for a player to learn.

Awesome video. Very clear and to the point. This could be a great ongoing series, maybe with 10 min "advanced rules" or 10 min "Space Marine Focus." UA-cam has a lot of great tutorial videos for warhammer, but trying to get people to watch a 45 min rules video typically turns them off. 10 mins is perfect. One suggestion might be to put up a graphic of the datasheet, make it easy for people to read as they follow along. Keep up the great work!

Great video guys. I'm about to get back into Warhammer 4Ok now that my kids are old enough to play with me. It's been so long that your tutorial has helped tremendously to get me back on track. I kinda hope I win your monthly draw so I can teach my kids how to play with their own first box set. Again, great video! I'm a subscriber now.
Thanks for the . I just got the game for my buddy. I got it from a used store with a huge hard cover book and some other books. I don't know what set it was but there looked like a lot in the box, enough for 2 player. It looks fun! So it was my buddies birthday and he didn't have anyone to spend it with but I came over soon as I heard. Then I said hey I will get you a game. This was the only game they had. It looks super fun though.
Just picked up the core books for 40k and am starting to figure it out. I have to say this was probably the quickest and easiest one to comprehend that I have found so far. Thanks for keeping it simple to understand, no to digest some of the other content and see where it goes. Would love to be entered into a starter box drawing as well. Cheers and happy gaming!
I’m glad you guys made this video. I’ve been interested in getting into Warhammer 40K for some time but I was always worried the rule would be too complex for me to get a grip on.
Amazing video! Short, clear, to the point, entertaining, and the lady is charming! I was surprised you can explain the core in less than 10 min, but you did it, and even mentioned some vital details!
