I can't believe there's a course like this on UA-cam! I've been trying to learn Linux for four years, and this finally seems like the perfect fit for my needs.
Good Information. Thank you for your effort on make it clear. I would like to suggest a minor update here. LILO in the context of booting is LinuxLoader, NOT Last In Last Out. Last In Last Out is a method for organizing and managing a data structure or collection in which the last item added is the first one to be removed.
Sir, I have just watched a bit of this video. Do you think that after watching the complete video, I will be able to learn the skills of a Linux administrator, and will I be ready for a job as a Linux administrator?
Sorry, to much wrong information in the beginning for me to want waching this for 6 hours. Stuff like BIOS and MBR, both replaced for almost 20 years ago. LILO, LInux LOader, not last in last out. Then showing commands with uppercase letters that should be lowercase.

Hello sir, Good Day. I am not able to find your long video course of explaining book “ Linux System Programming “. Is that video removed by any chance ?
its not complete dude linux has other package managers! so I dont even know why you write complete! rewrite the subject saying complete debian based linux administration bootcamp!!! This is pretty dumb and leads new guys wrong direction... some newbie will be thinking after this hey i can run linux and then handed an RHEL or worse Arch he will be like WTF lmfao

@9:58 Li Lo? come on man, you must be joking, this is stands for Linux Loader, not Last in, Last Out, who taught you that way??? most of the content misleading.. apologies but that is reality, read a book again!
@@tiavee I haven't watched the whole thing I just skipped through various segments to see what's taught. Some information is completely incorrect such as IPtables "requiring reboot" for changes to take effect when in fact you can just reload config on the fly. That's just one of multiple things I caught by skipping through and i expect there to be more stuff that is incorrect. It just shows how limited linux knowledge the guy presenting actually has by claiming stuff that is factually just completely wrong and I do agree that he doesn't really seem like much of a linux user. Also most of the things are not properly explained into the depth you actually need to know them as sysadmin such as for example NFS. He wrote nfs export into fstab which is basically never done because NFS exports usually go into /etc/exports but it could be different depending on distro (but exports never go into fstab! Mounts of nfs do however and while nfs export in fstab works it will be confusing for other people administering if you do that). He also never went into the different versions of NFS such as NFS3,NFS4 and encryption of the datastream since NFS by default is UNENCRYPTED. In the very least this should've been NFS4 setup with kerberos and some basic user authentication. This course by the video title is supposed to be for future sysadmins not hobbyists that setup stuff at home where unencrypted services tend to not be an issue.
You are a very smart person and your tutorials are pertinent and interesting, but for goodness sake work a little more on your accent, because it is tragic.... It's easier to understand people from Liverpool than you

Many courses fail to notice that writing at the bottom of the terminal page creates a difficult experience for the viewer needing translation
