Paginated Report builder is very tough to use, we cannot even leave a parameter blank. If anybody can instruct me how to do that that would be helpful.
@@cfinlan but in that case no data came in the report, because behind the scene instead of not sending the parameter in query it sends the parameters wit null value.
Hi, thanks for the great video. I had a question though which I am not able to find an answer to anywhere. Is it possible to concatenate 2 fields and use them as a parameter? I have been trying to do it and it keeps failing. Please create another video on concatenating 2 values and using it as a parameter.
Thanks, Chris. Very helpful tips and tricks. One thing I'm struggling to figure out, though: When I publish my report, the parameter values seem to get 3 or so spaces appended to their left, making it hard for users to search (unless they know about pressing spacebar three times). Is there something I'm missing here?
Good video. But is it inefficient if you have a long list of countries and you “select all”?

You can allow blank parameter values by selecting that option in the UI.

Aah, ignore me, please. I just realised I can use the ParameterCaption instead of the ParameterCaptionIndented. Thanks!
