  • Add dazzling fruit flavor to your beverages with Boiron Ambient Fruit Purees. These high-quality puree products provide an incredible flavor impact and bright aromas that will radiate from your glass. Boiron's pasteurized fruit purees are made in France using only fruit, with no added sugar. Use these purees to add long-lasting fruit flavors to your beer, mead, kombucha, or homemade cocktails.
Use one to two cartons per 5-gallon batch of beer or mead. One carton will give a slight flavor while two cartons will produce a more pronounced fruit flavor. The product is sterile so you can add it directly to your fermenter for maximum flavor without needing to boil it beforehand.
Boiron Ambient Fruit Purees do not require refrigeration and can be stored at room temperature.

I use this fruit puree. Both Mango & Raspberry. One note of caution is the ph level. The Raspberry Ph is something like 2.8 so when using in secondary fermentation just know this very good product will have an impact on overall ph levels & add a tartness unexpected if not compensated for

Haven't made a fruit beer I a while. But if they have a cranberry I might try it in an i.p.a. or peach in a wheat.

Peach in wheat is very good. Mango as well, we took 6th place in our 1st competition. So many were coming back for 2nd & 3rd we ran out

Just ordered from you guys yesterday. You should make 2.5 gallon recipe kits!

Sounds like a good idea but there are very limited containers to ferment 2.5 gallons in. I guess a 3 gallon carboy would be fine or anything similar. Plus most beginners only want to start with a gallon..
But regardless, im sure the profits on a gallon kit are better than half of a 5 gallon kit so probably thats why almost every company sells either only a 5 or 1 gallon kit. I know where your coming from though, a gallon is not enough at times and 5 gallons can be too much.

Always wondered how much of an affect these have on the final abv? Would it dilute it much? Like lets say I've got a 6 % beer 5 gallon batch and toss 2 of these purees in

$20 on average for 33oz seems like a pricey addition to a batch

@@prodanmanjust pick up some up at your local supermarket just be sure its 100% juice pureed. You may even be able to find it canned, and if that fails just buy some fresh fruit or canned and use a blender. 44 dollars is outrageous friend.
