@@Nicoleboojie A supernova is a phenomenon that happens at the death of a star. Basically you need 3 things to trigger a supernova : strenght, heat, gravity. So in this MV, Karina, Winter and Ningning are aliens coming on earth to trigger the Giselle alien who lives here peacefull and unaware of her alien nature. Karina (strenght) triggers Giselle by breaking her phone, Ningning (Fire) triggers her by burning her flat and ruining her birthday (birthday like birthday of a supernova), Winter (Gravity) is triggering Giselle by creating gravity tornado destroying her world (earth). Giselle manipulates time because a supernova is linked to a black hole which is affecting time ^^ Also for Giselle's arm cast, it could be just a new fashion accessory in kpop but my theory is that Karina Winter and Ningning already tried to trigger Giselle in the past, she escaped, avoided them, hide herself on earth (hence why Karina says she can sense her other self when she crashes on earth at the beginning, they come for Giselle). So the cast is basically a sign of previous battles but also a way to show Giselle as weak because a supernova is a dying star (that's also why she faints before the first chorus, and seems in a transe before the bridge, using her powers is killing her) ^^ Hope that helps ^^

its hard to explain but aespa is a lore based group, thats why their songs are not relatable, at least the title tracks. in this mv they are in a parallel world and aespa isnt aespa here, they are basically aliens causing chaos and giselle is the only trying to act like a normal human being and keeping the others in tact.
I'm not too sure of the entire lore, but what I know is that the Aespa girls are not in Kwangya rn they are in the REAL WORLD and they aren't really themselves so thats why they are causing chaos and have different powers. They probably havent SYNKED with their AE so thats why they dont know who they really are. Eg:Karinas line during the first verse "My lookalike who are you?". Why they keep attacking Giselle? I dont know. So here are the members og powers (In brackets) and powers in supernova: Karina(Rocket puncher)/Super strength, Winter(Armamenter)/has to do with gravity, NingNing (ED hacker)/Fire, Giselle:(Xenoglossy)/Time control.
