And that if the partner takes out his salary DURING the year it would be a drawing Does this then mean if the partner only took out a months salary the entry would be DR drawings CR salaries And the amount at the end of the year will be only 11 months that the partner is entitled to.? Rinsuna Maluleke no the amount at the end of the year in the Current Account, Appropriation Account and the current account note HAS to be the 12 month figure (because of the matching concept) 😅 if he takes out a salary during the year then it is a normal drawings transaction!
