🏠 Get Pre-Approved for the best mortgage programs in the country while being advised by Kelvin McNeil, Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator NMLS# 2018085 www.ApplyWithKelvin.com
Definitely needed to hear this cause my score was a 682 when I first was looking and had got a pre-approval. But denied me because of my 2 child support cases they didn't feel comfortable with but still didn't effect my DTI. Now I'm around the 550s and I'm here to the video
@@petter215jones i’m sorry that you were denied but if you’re still ready to get preapproved, I may be able to help you. I’m a broker so I have a lot more flexible loan programs, and guidelines.
Okay I am a small business owner and my wife and I have lower credit scores as elder millennials. My aunt who makes good money said she would help. Could she submit her income as a garuntor to help if she will not live in the house.
Yes, an aunt can cosign for a mortgage under certain conditions. According to the USDA guidelines, if an applicant does not meet the repayment ability requirements, they can have another party join the application as a cosigner or have other household members join the application
An aunt can even cosign for a mortgage with both FHA and conventional loans under certain conditions. FHA Loans: For FHA loans, a cosigner can be a family member, which includes an aunt. The FHA guidelines specify that family members can be involved in the transaction, including signing the security instrument or Note [1]. Conventional Loans: For conventional loans, such as those delivered to Fannie Mae, the guidelines do not explicitly restrict family members from being cosigners. Therefore, an aunt can cosign for a conventional loan as long as she meets the lender's requirements for cosigners. In both cases, the aunt must meet the lender's criteria for cosigners, which typically include creditworthiness and the ability to repay the loan. If you need more specific details or have additional questions, please reach out to your UWM team for more information.
it wont work ive tried everything all the you tubers suggestions forget it f.h.a. and all the others unless your not going to get a loan unless you have a 900 credit score and three fourths the homes asking price for a down payment you will not get a loan so forget it i know i tried it talk to a loan officer where you do your banking !!!
