I don't agree with this narrator's choice of words to describe chapters 6 & 7 when he says, "no one is perfect." The reason I don't agree is because in The Voice of Knowledge Don Miguel Ruiz writes how everyone is perfect because they were created by God. He further goes on to say that we have been told a lie since the beginning by individuals who tell us otherwise.

But doesn't that mean "God" contradicted himself by "sending his only son to die for our sins" if God made us all perfect? That shit went out the window with "Adam and Eve".

Perfect/imperfect is dualistic mentality which will bring suffering
Never feel pride of your beauty, in the end, it will be only you who will suffer the most, because you will feel you're never good enough, which steals all the joy from your life and you will never appreciate what you have.
Then it will starts arising all kind of negative thoughts in your mind then your life will be miserable.
Once you can stop being so attached to your beauty, you will experience tremendous relief, inner peace, and a pervading sense of joyful wellbeing.
Remember the "emptiness" when there is no such as you and me exist, how beauty and ugly can be existed?
There's no beauty, nor ugly, there's not dirty nor clean, it's all because of our dualistic mind.

God has created us perfect, complete physically and mentally. He has not created us with flaws.
However, no individual is perfect because there is always space for improvement. This is perfect in the sense of performance, how we could become the best version of ourselves with hardwork, focus, determination, discipline, etc.

5here is always more to focus on and be grateful for , how happy we can be by feeding our thoughts with .happiness, So why do we feed our minds with condemnations for our selves or others. Seek to replace negative thoughts with seeking what we can be grateful for ,there is someone worse off than ourselves

This is an Ai recording. It is full of clichés and familiar concepts that have already been expressed. I am suspecting that this is a marketing scheme like The Secret and I smell money.
There is very good advice but there is nothing new in it.
If anyone disagrees, it's OK because it's just a hunch, a suspicion. Do the online courses cost anything? On the original full audio book there is an almost continual music, as if the words were not enough.
