    I watched a lot of your videos of tips and practices and I felt more confident than ever. So thank you again and keep doing it please, your work is very good and helpful.

    Can you please help me with the question when the ask about what is the lecture or lecture mainly about? Sometimes the lecture diverges from the primary point to something secondary. Like they start focusing on a particular example. What should be the answer in that case?

    • @TSTPrep
      @TSTPrep  7 місяців тому +1

      Great question. The best way to do this question is look at the answer choices. Try to imagine them as four big umbrellas. Then think about the passage. Which of the four umbrellas would shelter the most of the listening? That should be your answer.

    • @TSTPrep
      @TSTPrep  Рік тому

      You don't need to write any sentences. You should write down the most important information. Write down only nouns, verbs, and adjectives (content words). Write down consonants (vowels are hardly ever needed), and use symbols. Here is a link to the article that you may find useful - tstprep.com/articles/toefl/taking-notes-for-the-listening-section-of-the-toefl-test/. Hope this answers your question.
