thanks for your comment . yes parrot have only on type .ova file for virtual box only but kali have multiple choices for vmware qemu and virtual box you can still use parrot file on any VM.

Both are just debian with pre-installed tools. There isn't that much difference between the two you can achieve the same with either of them or even just install debian and then install the tools you want.

Just use debian and install what you need. You will only use 10 percent of whatever is installed on the two. Act accordingly.

Parrot has multiple VMs you got that wrong really it comes down to personal preference. There really is no such thing as one being better than the other. It boils down to use case as well

@@UpgradeSecurity-zz7qj Honestly, Black Arch is the most versatile IMO since they have more tools than the other two combined but yet again this is just a rabbit hole like Linux is in general, don't get me wrong, Kali Linux is great I just really think you can't fairly say one is any better than the other. kind of like saying what flavor of ice cream is the greatest, from a standpoint it's all ice cream, one person loves chocolate and one loves vanilla.
