10:45 Yes it's very irritating, because I am highly disappointed in Hakeem Jeffries and his statement about "picking and choosing his battles". When these policies and these actions by Trump and his non-elected / private citizen (Musk) having access to the US Treasury Department, seem to be one of the biggest problems of the week and he and the rest of the Democrats choose to sit back and not say anything, except for Jasmine Crockett and AOC who did speak up about it, and want to take action, but can't simply because they don't have enough Democrats backing them up. Just like with all of the Democrats rolling over and confirming all of the appointments when they could have at least dragged their feet and should have done the exact same thing that Republicans did to Obama, by stalling at every turn.
