Betty's Frozen Fruit Bowl

- Prepare for serving: Choose a sherbet dish or stemmed glass for serving. Neatly place spoonfuls of fruit into the dish or glass, filling just to the top. When the glass is full, sprinkle flavored topping evenly over top. I used a whole packet of Cherry Pomegranate Crystal Light per glass, but you may choose to use more or less. When finished, it will look beautiful!
Place all servings in freezer until serving time. Serve the frozen fruit bowl at the beginning of a meal. By dessert time, the fruits will have thawed and the liquid will have combined with the powdered flavoring mix. This dessert is extremely pleasant on a hot summer day! I think you will love it - and it is so easy to make!

This looks so refreshing. Great idea with the drink mix on top, to make the frozen tart fruit sweet. I would mix it in the whole bowl, in order to stirr it, but it works as a topping as well.

Love Betty's attention to detail and thorough explanations. I also like when she always samples the food and comments. I never thought of using Crystal Light as a topping for fruit! I wonder if Betty could perhaps wear a microphone or if there is some other way to enhance the sound. The intro and closing music is loud, but I struggle to hear Betty speak, even with full volume.

Dr. Betty, my favorite class in college was polynomials. I got an F in the class and so did everyone else. But it taught me a lot. I still passed because of the curve.
