I'm a Chinese joined youtube about a year ago, and it makes me realize that everything we take for granted in our daily life, like clean train station, high speed train, online payment, safe environment everywhere and so on is not normal things in the other part of the world. The first time I saw a foreigner admiring our high-speed train, I felt so strange: what's special about it? Now I know that I'm lucky.

Compared to the USA China’s high speed railways are like rockets to the rickshaws as the trains in the USA are not only old fashioned but they are extremely slow. China’s HSR network is so vast across the entire land compared to the American 19th century steam train network that has forgotten to develop since the civil war ended.

That is one amazing train line, if the windows were covered you might think it was moving slowly. That other train went past like the shutter speed of a camera, i wonder if you can ask to record from the front windows? There will be no need to suffer airport queues and flight delays with trains like that. 👍🇨🇳

why is china still liveing in the early 1900's we used trains in the USA FROM 1905-1909 then we went to airports as we have over 5,000+ of them while china has around 250 its alot safer to fly then risk your live in a train

@@shawnsmith524 Chinese train is at another level, not American can image. I used to work in Beijing and my family lived in Shanghai, I took high speed train every weekend between Beijing and Shanghai, it took 4:30 or 5:00 depends on which train you took. And flight took about 2 hours, but you need to go to airport and pass through secure check and almost took the same time, plus airplane may delay due to bad weather, but not train. Chinese train and metro are clean, quite and fast compared to US. Now my wife takes NJ train to New York for daily commute, I always worry about the safety of train, plus New York subway is smelly, dirty and there are a lot of rats. If US could spend more money on infrastructure instead of wars, its infrastructure would be much better.
