Google really lie about the rapid charging. Honestly I don't use super rapid charging. I just use the first generation rapid charging of 18 w for all my phones, including my Samsung. I don't want to degrade my battery. But really Google misled their consumers.
Its something wrong with this model - I tested even with Pixel Stand 23W it doesnt take more than 17W from wall! Connected directly with brand new original cables it drops to 15W, because wireles isnt 100% eficient, but still - phone itself isnt able to charge faster then 15W
You should also have checked the battery settings in the phone. You can turn on a battery saver that will slow the charge to prolong the battery life. Should have made sure all the settings were off to allow the phone to charge as fast as possible.
Seems about the same or very slightly slower than my 18w charger I have for my android, with an 4500w battery. Not terrible but way too slow for 30w, it's more like 15 or 18w
For a weekend I had the Xiaomi 11t pro. Not only did that phones battery last a ridiculously long SOT, it would charge from 0-100 in a little over 20 minutes.
I got both Xiaomi 12T Pro and Pixel 6 Pro. I wish Pixel had the fast charging like on 12T Pro. It's ridiculously fast and it lasts 3-4 hours longer than Pixel.
So first off this isn't a surprise, there has been lots published about it. Google didn't lie, they only claimed 0-50% in 30 min and sell a 30w brick but never said the phone uses all 30w (though they definitely implied it). Secondly that brick you used doesn't seem to mention PPS on its Amazon page so you are falling back to PD 3 without PPS. It's not a huge difference but would likely shave off a few mins.
The other thing: if you charge it overnight (and use adaptive charging to help protect the battery longevity), how often will you be waiting around the two hours to go from 0 to 100? Probably almost never. It will do that while you sleep. Even if you ran it down to zero during your day or evening, plug it in for an hour to 80% and you're gonna be fine till your overnight charge.
LOL solid video bro but that's not going to cut it for me anything over an hour and 45 minutes is considered slow 2 hours and you're using the wire naw so you know what that means that means wireless charging is going to be ridiculously slow anyway keep up the great work bro I'll catch you on the next one have a good one.

Understood
it's 2024 and it ridiculously charges from 0-100 at 2 hours 20 minutes
agree
I'm looking for a new phone bc something in my charging port broke so my phone takes 6 hours to charge so even 2 hours 20 minutes sounds good to me

can I use my VIVO 44 watt adapter and usb to c cable to charger my pixel 6 pro?

Indeed
Show me please

Does 5G work in the USA?

Is it ok if u use Anker Nano 65w instead of Anker Nano 45W?Does Google pixel 6 Pro supports charging of 65 w?Thx
No
Like Apple does, they really appear to throttle the charging after 80%.They may as well just kept it 18 watts. No real difference honestly.
iPhone 13 Pro Max charges to 100% 30 minutes faster
@@TonyPazo216 That's not actually that bad.
Nah not at all
So which wired charger do you suggest for the Google pixel 7?
I'm all wireless on this side bro

Yep I just tested with adaptive battery and adaptive charging off and still same results when I comes to charging speeds! No difference
Well from what I been seeing and reading it's still around two hours
@@TonyPazo216 appreciate the retest, will watch now. My comment about non-PPS charger still stands, though I suspect the difference will be minimal.
It would be nice if Google introduces double tap for screen lock too.
Agreed
You can achieve this with Smart Launcher. However, it would be nice to be able to do it with the Pixel Launcher as well!
I really miss this feature of my previous phone OnePlus that this pixel doesn't have.
Does the cord also have to be 30 watts or can you use the cord out the case?
Im Lost?

So true
Pixel will win so many customer only if they onclude fast charging
Agreed
Another 1 hr for 20%, waste
I just use pixel 6 pro all is well but when i charge its take long time
Oh I see
Same here
How about the battery draining
The spec sheet, 22w is the fastest it will charge, older samsung note 8 for example can charge at 25w lol
They are aiming for longevity that's why and yes they should give us the options to choose too
Okayed
I have mi 18 watt charger it takes 4 hours to charge my pixel 6 😂 that's worse then any phone
Oh heck naw
@@TonyPazo216 what do you suggest? Can I use MI 27 watt charger?
Pixel will only do 25 watts
@@TonyPazo216 I charge my Google Pixel 6 pro with my old Samsung wall charger. It works
Super slow I feel any charge that's more than one hour not that great
Yeah I agree with you
@@TonyPazo216 You know now days everything is so over rated
Yeah that's so true
OnePlus all the way
K
Weryyy slow...🤮🤮🤮
Too slow and annoying
