For a beefy guy, you have admirable flexibility, which I aim to achieve too. For the moment I am focusing more on yoga to loosen myself up so I can start doing squats with less of a strain on my thigh muscles.
Hah cheers Joseph, its something I’ve worked on a fair bit over the years. Yoga can be a great practise to help build that flexibility and mobility! Is there a particular style or teacher you’re working with at the moment?
@@LukeJonesMOVE I used to have a yoga teacher a couple of years ago but now I do it on my own supplemented by UA-cam and New York Times videos. I don't follow a particular style of yoga.
