Στη μετάφραση αποδίδεται το "γραμμένο χελιδόνι" ως "swallow of my destiny". Στα ηπειρώτικα "γραμμένος" είναι ο καλός, ο ωραίος ο όμορφος.
Leave your sneaky trollish comments for yourself please. This is pure Epirotic polyphonic tradition, common to indigenous Greeks, Aromanians (Vlachs) and Labs. It is a regional tradition that transcends different ethnic groups. And no, we are not sons of Georgios Kastriotis. Probably you were sons/daughters of Greek Epirotes before you adopted a new identity in the late medieval period. What do you think of this instead Juela? Maybe i should also add a 🇬🇷 at the end.
@@Agras14 This music speaks volumes!! We’re the same people divided by others in order to conquer! We’re Vlamis=Brothers in Albanian. Instead of fighting each-other we should finally join our forces. Religions were used to separate us but we’ve lived in the Balkans way before the times religions started to exist. We have our thousands of years old traditions, culture and the same blood. Our old saying you may have forgotten is ‘Blood is blood and it can never turn into water’ ❤️
@@juelasejdo1706 In order for me to have forgotten a common old saying of "ours" it presupposes that we once spoke the same language. But we didn't, unless your ancestors once spoke Greek, being the older language in Epirus. Sharing the same blood is largely true, and it's proven by genetic studies. This is natural since we are both palaeo-Balkan people. But don't confuse different things, such as language, musical tradition and blood; they are not synonymous. Furthermore, my comment above has nothing to do with religion. I don't care if you are Christian Orthodox, Catholic, Muslim, atheist, Buddhist, etc.. Last, which music speaks volumes? You do understand that Epirotic music is regional music, and has nothing to do with ethnic groups, right? You won't listen such music by Gheg Albanians, same way you won't listen this music being played by Cretan Greeks; they have different regional musical traditions. I do agree that we should stop fighting and cooperate, but the above are pure facts.
@@Agras14 we spoke the same language, it’s called Pelasgian. Arvanites in Greece still speak it. Ancestors of the today’s Greece were told that following orthodox religion made them different from their own brothers that had different religions and they should give up the language and identity that connected them with their brothers further North. On the other hand, to this day Albanians of different religions marry between each-other because they recognize that religion cannot define them more than their old roots i.e. shared blood, culture, language and history. We have another old saying ‘The sheep that leaves the herd is eaten by the wolves’. Giving up your true roots and identity has left you vulnerable to being brainwashed and manipulated by whoever was afraid of our strength which lies in our unity. We may have our differences same as two children of the same mother can be different but our differences should never be a reason to divide us. On the contrary, they should bring us together same as pieces of the same beautiful and ancient mosaic. The more I see how culturally similar we are the more excited I get for a future without physical and spiritual borders between us ❤️
@@juelasejdo1706 You prove once again that you came here to write sneaky comments. In Greece we also have the saying, _You have the form of a sheep and the opinion of a wolf._ . Only 5% (we have censuses from the 1800s) of modern Greeks descend from Arvanites, and even those are highly mixed with the indigenous Greek population. No, we never spoke any Pelasgian language, which is a vague term actually. The Albanian linguistic group as a whole, similar to most other languages on the European continent (including Greek), is an Indo-European language, commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Indo-European_branches_map.svg, and as if that was not enough, 90% of the original Albanian lexicon is composed of loans from its surrounding languages (60% from Latin alone, causing Albanian to once have been mistakenly identified as a Romance language), en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albanian_language#Lexicon. Only 10% of the Albanian lexicon is traced back to a palaeo-Balkan pre-proto-Albanian language, which was most likely Daco-Moesian, upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d9/Roman_Empire_Map_AlexanderFindlay1849.png. My ancestor's identity was always Greek, linguistically, genetically (go watch the video on my channel), and culturally. I don't know about you though, especially if you originate from southern Albania. Have you personally done any DNA test? You might be excited, but you won't see any unity if you continue spreading unsubstantiated information; the opposite will happen as it does now with me.
