You are correct. We moved into a duplex 5.5 years ago and it was and stil is crappie. It had a lot of issues that should have been fixed before we moved in.

She could have used an agency to manage her agency and don’t care and the name on the contract is probably not her influencer name so renters wouldn’t actually know she was the landlord. She simply is doing what is smart investment and humanly right at the same time.

Instead of flexing like most people online do, she is actually trying to help others to become successful and better with their finances. Such an inspiration

It makes me realise just how far you’ve come as I’ve been watching you since you were filming in your uni house bathroom 😂 ( shout out the Britpop Princess days!) Your hustle and grind is unmatched - it pushes me to keep on working hard now to be more financially free in the future.

Honestly it’s so sad seeing how good you are to your tenants because I’ve had nothing but horrible landlords that have broken the law so many times because they know we can’t afford a lawyer 😪 it gives me hope at least to see that not all landlords are horrible! 😅 my current one literally made me cry on the phone (he called so there was no paper trail) as he was refusing to pay for a new co2 alarm and gas engineer when the alarm wouldn’t stop going off - luckily the alarm was just faulty but if it wasn’t we could’ve literally died
