Damn, how much I would pay to experience this game for the first time again. It's truly one-of-a-kind type of game. I haven't found any similar game to this one.
i mean ace attorney is great and all but its nothing like Raging Loop. I feel the same as you Anon, only a couple of experiences come anywhere close to this one. If you want something similar, I'd say the first two installments of the 999 series and or Fata Morgana if you prefer a dramatic tragedy story
The whole "rural village with its own beliefs and religion" is pretty similar to Higurashi, you might wanna check it out! It doesn't have the "death game" kind of aesthetic to it tho, you can try the Zero Escape series or Danganronpa for that
Like the others here mentioned in the comments, Raging Loop is a one of a kind experience, it's been months since I beat it and I can't help but think about how much fun I had. The week I played this game, pulling a few all nighters once or twice, it was amazing. I was completely enthralled with it and unveiling its mysteries and the game never failed to surprise me and make me feel all kinds of emotions. It's a 10/10 in my book, I just love everything about it.

I just unlocked the hidden alternate ending for this, it doesn't even show up on the flow chart. On the very final choice that requires 5 keys, come back here after you get the true ending, and there should be a third choice that appears called "On second thought..." I almost missed it myself, and I'm so glad I put in extra time just to fast forward through everything to get the extra dialogue.
