Thanks for your video, followed the steps with some adjustment as I’ve got a UK 2007 versys.

Thanks so much! Can't wait to try. (I've gotta ask, though--what, in 2018, did you record this with to have UA-cam's video quality max out at 240p? Haha. I wouldn't expect any devices still alive then to have a setting that low! lol)

I had the same problem all I did was pulled the rubber buttons out with a pair of pliers, sprayed a small shot of WD40 in the hole and replaced the rubber button this fixed the problem and no need to remove the cluster.

Da Corn Nice! It tried that first believe it or not. Worked for a few months then came back, so i figured I’d tear into it to see what else i could do!

Did you get new rubber button or did you use the existing ones?

@@Cornishcameraviews Thanks, I just tried it, sprays some silicone lubricant and the buttons work like new again.
