Me too!!! When played the first note I automatically paused and started saying to myself out loud “no no no no no not this fucking song right now” I think this song is one of the saddest of all time and I cry almost every time I heard it.

Loved this seeing POVs from Charlie and Nick on this one, narrated by journal entries. I'm really missing Olivia Coleman this season, Nick would so benefit from having her around. Hoping she'll be back if we get a season 4.

What’s funny is Kit or Nick is dressed as Captain American and his Aunt plays Peggy from Captain America.
A really well done episode showing Charlie’s stay at that rehab facility and then having nick narrate his as well overall another sad episode but glad he’s back home now
So, to explain what seems to have happened is that the first appointment for the NHS eating disorders service was in January, but things got bad enough that his parents paid for a private clinic. It’s not unusual - mental health is not well funded. When I need treatment for depression, the first NHS appointment was away so my mother found a private therapist.
I was SOBBING! But Kit was right, its the best episode they've ever done!
i love the different perspectives in this ep. its one of my favorites of the entire show, if not my top. charlie is such a well written character, joe & the writers went all out on telling his story in a respectful but informative way
the acting in this episode, in the whole season, is just incredible! heartstopper deserves all the awards
This was a masterfully done episode that beautifully took what is done in the comic and expanded on it in a way that told everyone’s story to a certain extent while it was focusing on what was happening to Charlie. Once again, this cast is performing at the top of their game. It is all beautifully done.
This episode had me completely in tears, so well done, heartbreaking and hopeful at once 😭 ❤

omg when I heard the first chord of Wish on an Eyelash I was like NO WAY THEY PUT WISH ON AN EYELASH IN THE SHOW. (When Nick is in the car next to Tori & then he’s visiting Charlie & they lock eyes in the hallway 🥺) anywho I know prolly nobody cares but I was so stoked 😂
This episode was so good! I loved how they showed Nick’s perspective of the time apart and then went through Charlie’s perspective.
Did anyone else catch Charlie wearing Nick’s sweatshirt from the movie episode in S1 when he was at the clinic? 🥺 the one that’s like green/blue split? I loved that little detail.
Also side bar I concur on chemistry. I don’t think I understood a damn thing - wouldn’t have passed that class without my friends lmao

The first two sessions were barely an year. And here the were separated for almost 3 months. We are moving fast. And we are out of sorce material so I wonder if the last volume would be enough for 8 more episodes

I was never part of that scene when I was in high school and I live in the states but I would be curious to hear from anyone in the UK if teen drinking culture is like this. I liked this season but it was unsettling seeing how much they drank.
Yes. It’s exactly like this. Remember that in the UK drinking age is 18 and it’s not unusual for people to be drinking at 16. I have never drunk but I knew people who drank copious amounts from their early teens.
