One small detail I would like to include in this description is about the Kaling section! In the video about Kaling that I created, I think I mentioned that Kaling is not an Anima, whereas in this video I mention that she may be an Anima! This is because the Odium storyline revealed a few hints about how Kaling may have been an Anima, but the experiment/corruption caused her to lose traces of her Anima origin. However, it is still unconfirmed whether Kaling was/is an Anima I think! :o I am really sorry for the confusion! :x
(Update!) Melange's voiceline about thwarting destiny was changed to an entirely different line some time after Limina's release! Every MapleStory service except Global MapleStory has changed the voiceline (GMS still has the old voiceline :o). As a result, it is very likely that Melange's goals are focused more around Aeona rather than the idea of defying destiny! Thanks so much to maplehero9 for the clarification! ^^ - Ігри

Just to add on, most of the apostles have yellow eyes in one shape or form as one of their traits, maybe a Kingdom Hearts “norted” situation for all of them since Damoor’s Life powers is yellow as well. Gotta pay attention to new upcoming yellow-eyes characters in the story

Great video as always! Just one small thing - Melange telling Darmoor that he found a way to thwart destiny was a line that got removed from the game shortly after the release of Tenebris, and it was instead replaced by him noting that Darmoor must be happy to have both received the book and have detected the “seed of the new world” that the Black Mage had left behind, which is supposed to refer to the Genesis Crux that Tana is likely trapped inside. GMS, for some reason, still hasn’t changed that line, but it’s been updated in every other region.

Great video, it's easy to see that u put a lot of work into it!
The way Melange speaks makes me think that he may turn against Darmoor in the future. He really holds no ill-will towards the character and speaks in a way that's cryptic, but still helpful. In fact most of what he says makes more sense the more context you get into the story. There's a lot to read into the one section he tells you to remember.
"I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for all if this. Maybe it's naptime on the black sun, and nobody's awake to be evil yet. The Black Mage is really into this whole Darkness thing. Must be important. We're already in her clutches. Her sword is trapped in the haze of the black sun, until the lying hand that blinds the eyes vanishes and the red thread that binds is cut, we have no choice but to dance with her."
Reading into the subtext of this its clear he's talking about the Genesis weapon. The lines about being asleep and being blind refers to the twist that Grandis and Maple World were once one. The only thing that's unclear is what "her" refers to in this context. Based on the story of the "red thread of fate" it's likely that Melange is referring to Fate or Destiny as "her". He's explaining the Black Mage's entire plan in these few lines. But Melange could also be explaining to the Adversary, that he has no choice but to go along with Darmoor because he has no way to change fate.

As for limbo, you should also note that limbo is one of the apostles that appear in carcion (lv285 story map) which came one a few months after this video haha

How come the story did not end after blackmage is over? Who is this Darmoor?
Hi! ^^ During the Black Mage's story arc, there was a gradual build-up of a second antagonist named Gerand Darmoor as well! After the Black Mage's defeat in 2018, the story shifted to Darmoor as the next main villain! Darmoor is from the dimension of Grandis, and he was the son of a king that suddenly turned corrupt. Darmoor's father passed away, and so Darmoor became the new king! However, Darmoor decided to declare war on many Grandis civilizations; many of the Grandis civilizations were wiped out due to his declaration of war. Darmoor now rules over much of Grandis with fear. During the time that Darmoor declared war on the Grandis civilizations, he also awakened as the Transcendent of Life of Grandis!
@@arboren4387 how come anyone can awaken in transcends? I sure want to awake as one to increase my dmg
@@Goinghome2024 I think a Transcendent awakens when one of the three domains in the game's universe (Light, Life, or Time) is brought to a state of imbalance! ^^ After Darmoor declared war, there were so many casualties to the point where the entire balance of life was impacted. In order to help restore the balance of life (and the balance of the world), the 'universe' awakened an individual as the Transcendent of Life! I am not too sure why Darmoor was the individual allowed to awaken as the Transcendent of Life though! Sorry! :c
It’s explained in Angelic Buster’s class story that mortal Transcendents like the Black Mage or Darmoor reincarnate until they awaken as a Transcendent if the balance of their domain falters. The Black Mage also tells us in Limina that he had a choice to awaken as a Transcendent, which likely means that he wasn’t forced into his destiny by the Overseers at that point.
@maplehero9 how come after the blackmage is gone, there is no more awakening of transcend to replace him
