@@LDSDetailing absolutely! What about a mezzanine? You could put your office upstairs and turn the current one into your waiting room/shop area?
I have the opportunity to get a 1500 SQ foot unit as well. It’s scary. It’s put it all on the line and get a killer shop and grow or stay mobile and only do 1 car per day possibly 2 and never advance past that. I’m scared bro but I’m leaning toward going and taking that risk…. I have around 45-60k in savings depending if I sell my truck and Audi and just drive my BMW and detail van. Hi mate, sounds like you are in a good position already. If you think you can make enough to cover the bills then I’d say go for it, you will pull in more work from having a physical location people can visit and it looking good online. This should increase your customer base and you can charge more for a higher quality service. All the best with your venture!
Don’t mean for this to be a personal question , but the place you transformed (which is incredible) do you rent that or did u buy the unit ? And did you learn what you do by videos and over the years doing it diy style or did u just pay for loads of courses for different things I.e machine polishing ?.

I was also wondering that, so i went to watch his other videos. There's no drainage, he washes the cars outside
All the water goes underneath the tiles and evaporates (can take a while in the winter). We wash the cars outside so when they come in there isn’t a huge amount of water on them. We actually get more water under the tiles from applying ppf. But the tiles are great for that as if you had a normal floor you would be slipping and sliding all over the place!
