The reason for the super small difference is because he's charging at 60 plus percent and most Chargers already slow down after 50%. So seeing that it's still 3 minutes faster at over 50% means that's probably much faster under 50%
Pretty sure the phone's software reduces the charging current as the battery gets full to reduce heat and preserve battery life. Interested to see if the difference in charging time is greater when the battery is low.
@@themastersvoice8636 Yes... it absolutely does. There's a battery setting you can enable to extend battery life which restricts the charge to 85% of maximum and then stops charging. Try enabling that in your power settings. You should also use the battery fully rather than just keep topping up the last 15% or 20%... the battery remains quite cool during the first 50% of it's charge so that would be the most benign way to charge it. If it's hot it's not good!
@@themastersvoice8636 I don't know about that with lithium batteries but you'll definitely kill lead-acid batteries if you allow them to discharge below about 50%.
Thank you sir so much. But I have a query.Do we need specific model of wireless charger for each model or is these model good enough for other Samnsung models too?
think you should have tested the charging speed when the phone is nearly dead ...I think fast charging levels out when the phone is higher than 50 percent
In your other video the right side of 22 version worked with iPhone and in this not with samsung,so does it (right part)work with nonsamsung phones phones?
I wasn't sure if my old duo charger isn't working correctly. The smaller side is giving me problems. I was thinking about upgrading to the newer duo. I am sad to hear that only one side will charge a phone compared being able to charge two phones with the old charger.
I'm curious if the magnet will hold the watch if the charger is propped up? I have the single model of the 2022 and i use it as a standing charger on a handmade wooden stand. Can you check for me please?
Dear Sir.Thank you so much for your tutorial , Does overnight charge lessen the battery life ? Does it affect the battery,if the mobile is not removed after full charge ?
No man dont worry, wireless charging doesnt heat up the battery the way wired charging does, especially 45watt. I would say unless you plan on keeping your phone for more than 4 years, dont worry about it. Or, you can change your settings and turn off fast wireless charging (for overnight charging) and turn on battery protect to limit charging to 85%. That should give you the most battery life.
i have the old one and nothing charges , the light keeps blinking no matter what power adapter/wire i use. The light keeps blinking and i don’t know what’s wrong with it
Great review. My only concern is whether this will charge through a phone case & pop socket. I'm not keen on having to remove my case every time to charge (or even the pop socket). Shame that Samsung & Apple have not addressed this to date.
What a load of crap, I went out and bought this charger and the sales person didn't even mention that I would need a samsung C cable and samsung wall plug to make it work
I think it's the phone that is limited on wireless charging speed. The charger itself would be really faster if you'd use another phone that has better wireless charging specs.
5:50 Excellent, finally a review where show the percentage of battery with both of them

made me feel better about just ordering the old one, picked it up for 25 bucks, wife will like that she can use it to at the same time as me, thank!
What length is the usb cord that comes in box?
This is really an amazing way of differentiating the two devices. Thank you so much for the indepth demo.

I have a cheap wireless charger and it heats up my phone very quickly, should I get the official one? How hot does your phone get?
Maybe just a little warm. Nothing I really have noticed.
Hello just got the new 2022. when i place my galaxy watch on the right one it´s just start blinking and i don´t no why. plz help me
Does it make any other noise other than the fan?
No just a slight fan noise.
Thanks a lot for the video! You won my application.
Really well done review and comparison! Thank you.
So, do I notice the fan sound while sleeping?
Maybe 1 meter between the bed and the table.
Thank you so much for all your efforts to explain the workings of both chargers ...... Fantastic review
i think the coil is small in phone and places where watch does charge....the pads on the left on both the wireless pads are bigger maybe thats why ?!

The right side does not work with any phone. Works with only buds and the watch.
Hello, is it possible to charge an airpods pro on the buds/watch side of the charger?
Yes they will charge no problem. A phone will charge too.

Can I use a 65w charger to plug in the newer wireless pad? I got the older pad in black but it flashes too so i wanna replace it
Yes that should not be a problem.
@@GottoGetitDone great, thanks!
Do you know if the new charger supports charging the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic?
Yes. It does charge GW 6 classic.
Can you put a link for the watt indicator?
Here you go amzn.to/3UB00pQ
Great video!! Thanks!🤙
Isn’t this device 15w? How does it pull almost 20w? Or is it just about the adapter?
wireless charging is very inefficient
Also it charges 2 devices
Thx for the video? Some people say the new model makes a lot of noise? Would you say it does?
They sounded both the same to me. I didn't really hear any difference.

So I checked this out and surprisingly it works. I would say about 45 degrees was good. Any more than that was hit or miss.
Great vid love the digital ammeter

Might I ask what is the brand of the USB-C power meter you are using? Tks
The brand of that one is called Plugable.
Hi will this work on a galaxy flip 3 and galaxy watch 4 classic and also galaxy ear buds live ? Thanx
It should work great for all three of those devices.

Can the new one also charge airpods or is it only specifically made for the samsung earbuds?
Charges my airpods just fine.
Can I just ask you how’s with the apple phone charging and sony wf1000xm4 buds??
Can't say about the Sony but if they are compatible with wireless charging they should work fine. iPhone works great also.
What is the real time to fully charge your phone with this charger??
Does the new one charge the fold?
Yes it does. Can confirm on the 3 and the 4.
How much is Watch 4 needed to charge in this new charger?
About the same as the original charger so about two hours.
@Got to Get it Done thank you. I was hoping that it would speed it up. :(
No, it charges at one speed. The Watch 5 does charge noticeably faster.
Can u tell the charging speed (5w/10w/15w)of 22 version for OnePlus 9 pro... thankyou in advance
Lol
why do the LED lights turn YELLOW after being GREEN as soon as its plugged in???
Hi! Does this charger support Apple Watch?
No it does not work on the apple watch.
Very nice comparision

Thanks! And probably not with a pop socket.
Pop socket make a wireless charger, the proplem is official chargers wont support things like popsockets as they are a 3rd party accessory

Probably the new one. I prefer the style of that one.
My samsung galaxy watch 3 is not charging on the watch's side. The light id red, 3 seconds later it starts blinking. Can you help ?
Not sure what that could be. Does a phone charge on that side?
@joymikhael3681 I've the same issue. Have you solved it?
@@jonathafreitas8216 it didnt work on galaxy watch3. I had to buy its original charger
Hey, Are these compatible with the any samsung phone?
Yeah any wireless charging phone will work.
The big coil is the problem, it blows up youre watch, my MK acces gets power for 1% and then does the same but it turn very hot in the 1%
El cargador super fast charger en ambas bases puede cargar los buds pro? O solo puede cargar en una sola base
Sí, puedes cargar los buds pro a ambos lados.
Just ordered the new charger its beautiful and price is ok. But not a fan of the fan. :)
Old one is actually 2019.
The fan is annoying next to my bed. So I returned it directly
Actually you can turn the fan off by shutting down the "fast wireless charge" function in your samsung phone.
Old one is better because it can charge 2 phones at the same time.
