We want to see more of these. MCLA lacrosse represents everything that college sports should be, players who play for the love of the sport not for money and fame.
This was awesome. As a dad of a kid that's going to play MCLA at this level, I am so excited for the MCLA and love seeing the attention from Rabil. This is a legit production and the love for this program from the TX kids really comes through.
Texas is a bad ass state...beer bbq, music football and much more I don't even know about. Kudos to longhorn lax...that being said come play some season games in western, Central and upstate ny as well as new England....in March..when games can't be rescheduled...and it's snow/ frozen rain...your soaked...and the wind is howling!!! ...that's bagg a ta way
UT came to BYU and beat us in 2022. totally underestimated that team. Hartzel is a great coach and it’s no shock that they’re becoming a national name. Shame they left the RMLC 😭
@@NoaH22102He means UA-cam tv you can record the game and once it’s over you can watch it for free or you could watch it live for a little bit of money
We’ve got the MCLA doc cuz of Hartzell, still waiting on some D2 coverage here TLN. Ik a ton of the guys I played d2 with (that were on scholarship) had d1 offers and a handful of them just from my team are playing pro box rn. A lot of D3 coverage over the years too, some missed opportunity there
Love the documentary. Love the content. But I can’t show my 11 and 9 year old boys this video due to the language. Maybe muting it would’ve been more powerful. Just a thought.
Do you pay attention to how they actually run their program? Not saying they're equivalent to any east coast powerhouse, but the backing they have, the coaches, facilities, the work these so-called club players put in. They're an awesome story and shows the level MCLA can be. They 100% deserve their story told. More MCLA teams should promote their program! FYI I'm from Canada, and I follow UT. Shows you the reach they have.
The horns went undefeated and won a championship game which no LSA team had done before. Their season did come to an unfortunate end but there is still much to be proud of. A great culture is being created down in Austin and this documentary reflects that.
They also aren't even talking. They are just showing that club lacrosse is and can be also a very competitive and enriching environment. And who as a sports fan doesnt love the competitive world that is organized sport of any level.
These kids look like they’re having a lot more fun than I did in my college career lol

This is rad! I never even knew Texas had college lacrosse. This is awesome!
There are at least 7 college lacrosse programs in Texas and Southwestern in Georgetown, TX is D3. The others are MCLA.
@@kevinjones5560isn’t texas MCLA?
Hartzel is a class act, never forget when he was the first professional player that i met back in 8th grade for a defensive camp
The cellys go crazy

Goodforyou, boys. Now time to move upto DI varsity program. Lots of HS lax talent in Texas!
My senior year in high school lacrosse coach was a joke! 😂 that’s a real coach they had!

The doc was clearly being done before they lost…

Is it time for Texas to have a NCAA lax program? They have the passion, and they definitely have the resources. What's holding them back?
Title IX - Schools in the NCAA must spend equal amounts of money on both women & men sports
Just imagine if other schools have rich donors like Texas lol.

Go varsity then talk. Club lacrosse is a joke loser. Play D1 and talk.

Least obvious bait… lots of these guys could easily play d1. Didn’t one of them sign with a PLL team?
@@SkyCountry05 just got drafted
