If you pretend to go E pudge u hunt on early game, boots and 3 bracers makes you kill almost everyone "beetween wave 1 and 6" basically you get a bunch of free flesh heap and 2 epic orbs, also aim for the weaklings early like p.a, shadow fiend and lina etc...
I think you forgot that activating flesh heap with that build makes it double the points you get when active, never used it, so you would be stacking up fairly quickly just farming and stacking I think.
