!!!Correction: Republic Act No. 6539, otherwise known as the "Anti-Carnapping Act of 1972", is repealed by Republic Act No. 10883 or “An Act Providing for a New Anti-Carnapping Law of the Philippines” which was enacted in 2016.

RA 10883 is the new anti-carnapping law, it amended RA 6539 in 2016

Ma'am what if pagkabukas sa pinto ng bahay gamit ang screw driver or bolo ay nahuli na ito ng police bago pa makapagnakaw? Ano po violation?

question po maam regarding special complex crime.. panu kung baliktad ung scenario, i mean incidental lang ung robbery sa homicide.. separate crimes ba un maam?

Hello! yes po so you mean the killing took place first? Identify po muna natin yung original criminal intent ng offender. If intent is to kill, tapos incidental lang na ninakawan nya after, it will be separate crimes of homicide and theft. Theft nalang po since after killing the victim, wala na pong violence nung nagnakaw sya which is an element of robbery. But if to rob parin po ang original intent at nauna lang yung killing before i-rob, then it is still the special complex crime of robbery with homicide. Hope this helps! :)
