I live in Washington state and we have everything from sand dunes to beaches to rain forests and grasslands, mountain snow and rivers for outdoor shoots. During fire season we have long long "golden hours". we are also a large wine and beer production region
Enjoy when you review your past weeks' activities. Especially into the photography related parts- talking through your thoughts, and because you are an artist, the frustrations and angst we can all experience about our current motivation and ideas. And then we have the successes to balance it all ( success measured by satisfaction not monetry) - Fantastic quote that may resonate with many..." I wish I knew how i did it". Really enjoyed the thought provoking this week. Have a great week both of you.
Miami is great choice. Lots of spots away from beach with great concrete layering / shading / bounced light. Many vastly different vibes depending on neighborhoods. Its a city built with light in mind. Unless its summer - mega humidity!
Hi Guys ... 30 seconds and Bec cracks the wine .... 🤣 Salt ... Sliced Beef tomato, torn basil leaves, cracked black, garlic sliced on a truffle cutter and Maldon sea salt flakes ... Yum ... Peter the grumpy parking attendant ... Touching on frame of mind while shooting or not shooting makes a lot of sense .. Smashed it again ..
It would be amazing if you came to Seattle. We have a variety of rental studios. A great rental house of you need gear rental. Also, we have a number of winery and distillery tasting rooms if there is any interest in wine or whiskey😀 If you have questions about the area, please let me know.
Miami. There are many different scenes besides the beach. Wynwood for its street art. Vizcaya or other mansions and gardens. Everglades, Morikami Gardens….. many things
What kinds of locations are you looking for in the USA? Montana has beautiful backdrops: Rocky Mountains, ranchland, forest areas, grasslands and the Missouri River. If you don't need beaches, then bring Bec for a western format.
Well, I am having a Petit Verdot Syrah blend from a Stellenbosch winery as I am watching you drink your Aussie tipple. Cheers. And I am with you Peter on science finding what the research funders want found. Anyways.
Go to South Beach Miami troops, seamed very safe to me when I was there. Just don't venture into Liberty City by mistake - as they take liberties there.

I heared you rants about Leica but before you do a firmware update you need to save your personal settings to a profile and load them after the update. That is common. I don't say you are wrong but I think part of your Leica problems are not IN the camera but BEHIND the camera 😂😅🎉 But you can always call our friend Mr. Leica 😊
Many thanks first this new podcast. @B: I am glad you had a good time with your friend during the weekend, and I wish you are successfully making progress with your wedding plans. @B&@P: The Internet has brought many advantages, but it came with undesirable side effects: scam, fraud, … and the problem is that it has been accepted as the new normal. @B&@P: In my country, English as a second language doesn’t work well (including myself); it is a shame for us. From my point of view the Australian accent is something in between English and American, and it is not difficult to understand it; additionally, you articulate the words very well; at least in your videos. @P: I have also noticed that in shops, the physical appearance of customers conditions sellers; I feel sorry for these latter. @P: I am also ver good identifying systems faults. @P: To prevent people to park in your parking lot you can put an orange traffic cone. @P: The next time someone makes the comment that he/she doesn’t like something from the Model, please ask him/her for a photograph of the ideal Model; if he/she points to one, he/she would have immediately failed as an artist, because he/she would have denied the human race diversity and the freedom of expression.
