Such perfect palettes of paper to make it look like it's probably only made for this video. The reality is that the printer often has to deal with the fact that there are bad pallets with paper, unevenly stored, the paper is poorly stored, damp, so the reality is sometimes completely different.
This is an issue in America and South America where there is almost no paper production besides certain parts of Canada. Other places tend to have paper plants much closer to the printing plants.
Wow! That is definitely a productive machine! Too bad I’m at the end of my printing career, I would have loved to run a press like that. When I think of the labels we used to print on a 2 color manual press!
The difference dear Louis, is that years ago you learned a job and it really took the head and the commitment to be a lithographer....now you don't learn anything!!! The operator nowadays, doesn't even know 10% of the printing process....with all these technologies, he has lost a lot in individual professionalism. In this video, they show that everything works well and everything at maximum speed, when in reality you know very well that this does not happen, I work for a world leader in luxury packaging and I can assure you that certain jobs, with 8 colours, 2 varnishes on laminated paper etc etc .... more than 8000 sheets per hour you can NOT go, otherwise the job is to be thrown away ....
@@lucabevilacqua1001 for me to operate this machine in my factory i need to complete a 2 year apprenticeship and learn everything there is in the printing industry and you actually get a similar qualification to that from university
Your machines are something truly unique! On the other hand, this video you made is a shame! In a noisy environment, you are using the cheapest audio recording technique, and you even put background music on top of everything, so no one can, not even by mistake, fully understand what two German nationals try to explain to you in Ginglish.
That's how you say that you don't have a very good relationship with Japan, your cars are better thought out and designed. At the same time, you copy a car from the Japanese (Komori)

I love KBA. Machine. I am a rapida 106 driver in morocco
Hi Abdelhak, do you happen to work at Fleximat SA? I am a machinist of Roland Evolution 700 8+2, in Italy. CIAO!!!
a rotary machine is better than a paper machine, you don't have to put paper in the machine
انا أيضاً احب هذا الماكينات وانا اعمل في مصر علي نفس KBA106
You guys let the hair in my neck stand up.. amazing adrenaline by just hearing that machine move and print at top end speed.

It’s also an issue of poor management and bad resource allocation.
You ring true! Just offering perspective
