You really think those locals will come and read your utterly important message? Atleast express your message in Sinhalese. If you are lucky, the locals might listen to you.
Interacting with locals is the best way to success your vlog as well. Nate, your exploring here in Sri Lanka with your friendly accent always makes us impressed. Just enjoy the country. Thank you for being in Sri Lanka. Great episode as earlier ones.
You missed the main point of ambekke temple... the first hall that was build with about 24 wooden poles that you went after taking off your shoes is the speciallity in that place. Those wooden polls have beautifull and traditional sri lankan wooden curvings/ decoratuons. Its about 125 of series of decorations, 256 of "liyawela" or in english i think it means "flower vein designs" , 64 lotus flower designs, 30 decorative roof designs and all of those designs i think we can say its more than 500 wooden art pieces... so you didnt pay attention to that most imporrant part .. 😊😊
Your opinion is very important. Its purpose is fulfilled by posting in Sinhala. Such people do not have knowledge of English. I suggest to this Australian youth and all tourists visiting Sri Lanka not to listen to anyone who asks you for money or anything else. When you feel sincere, make a donation for someone. That is enough. One such person is the person who runs the UA-cam channel named David Akhundzada. He is doing a very good and quality service for the needy Sri Lankans. Although it is sad, this is something that needs to be informed. Always keep your luggage, money or other valuables with you. Do not leave them on the seats or shelves of trains, buses or moving vehicles. Do not leave your phone on your bicycle and leave the bicycle alone with the key. Travel with caution and consideration, keeping in mind that while about 90% of Sri Lankans are very polite and well-mannered, a small minority live arbitrarily and oppress the public.
I like this guys natural curiosity and highly "unusual" explorations.
This message is to locals, please do not beg money when you see tourist, shame on you people!!!! Instead help them to get to know your motherland !!!!
Like they understand English to even read this comment 😂 it all comes down to poverty. "The educated" never begs for money.

Ambekke Dewalaya is so famous for wood carvings. If you look all those wooden pillars have magnificent arts. ❤

Interacting with people is one of my favorite things to do, and the people of Sri Lanka are especially awesome. ❤️
love the British heritage cars. Morris Garages made the Morris in Oxford England. There was an Austin too I think.
What a nice and friendly person 🇱🇰♥️
Speciality of Embekke temple is wooden carvings with old traditional arts..and the whole temple structure is made without even a single iron nail...
Enjoyed it ❤
