Beetlejuice ist zurück! Der Oscar-nominierte, einzigartige Kreativvisionär Tim Burton und Oscar- Kandidat und Hauptdarsteller Michael Keaton haben sich erneut zusammengetan: „Beetlejuice Beetlejuice“ ist die lang erwartete Fortsetzung von Burtons preisgekröntem Klassiker „Beetlejuice“. Keaton schlüpft einmal mehr in die kultige Rolle der Titelfigur. Auch Oscar-Kandidatin Winona Ryder („Stranger Things“, „Little Women“) als Lydia Deetz sowie die zweifache Emmy-Preisträgerin Catherine O’Hara („Schitt’s Creek“, „Nightmare before Christmas“) als Delia Deetz gehören wieder zum Cast. Neu im Schauspielensemble sind Justin Theroux („Star Wars - Episode VIII: Die letzten Jedi“, „The Leftovers“), Monica Bellucci („Spectre“, „Matrix“-Filme), Arthur Conti („House of the Dragon“) in seinem Spielfilmdebüt, die für einen Emmy nominierte Jenna Ortega („Wednesday“, „Scream VI“) als Lydias Tochter Astrid sowie Oscar-Kandidat Willem Dafoe („Poor Things“, „Van Gogh - An der Schwelle zur Ewigkeit“).
Beetlejuice ist wieder da! Nach einer unerwarteten Familientragödie kehren drei Generationen der Familie Deetz nach Winter River zurück. Das Leben von Lydia, die noch immer von Beetlejuice heimgesucht wird, gerät völlig aus den Fugen, als ihre rebellische Teenager-Tochter Astrid das rätselhafte Modell der Stadt auf dem Dachboden entdeckt und das Tor zur Welt der Toten unbeabsichtigt geöffnet wird. Sowohl im Diesseits als auch im Jenseits braut sich alsbald Unheil zusammen. Nur eine Frage der Zeit also, bis jemand den Namen Beetlejuice dreimal ausspricht und der spitzbübische Dämon zurückkehrt, um seine ganz eigene Art von Chaos zu verbreiten.
Tim Burton hat sich längst sein eigenes Genre geschaffen. Bei „Beetlejuice Beetlejuice“ führte er Regie nach einem Drehbuch von Alfred Gough & Miles Millar („Wednesday“), das auf einer Story von Gough & Millar und Seth Grahame-Smith („The LEGO® Batman Movie“) basiert. Die darin enthaltenen Figuren wiederum erschufen Michael McDowell & Larry Wilson. Produziert wurde der Film von Marc Toberoff, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Tommy Harper und Burton. Die ausführende Produktion übernahmen Sara Desmond, Katterli Frauenfelder, Gough, Millar, Brad Pitt, Larry Wilson, Laurence Senelick, Pete Chiappetta, Andrew Lary, Anthony Tittanegro, Grahame-Smith und David Katzenberg.
Zu Burtons Kreativteam gehörten Kameramann Haris Zambarloukos („Meg 2 - Die Tiefe“, „Mord im Orient-Express“) sowie eine Reihe von langjährigen und regelmäßigen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, darunter Produktionsdesigner Mark Scruton („Wednesday“), Editor Jay Prychidny („Wednesday“), die Oscar-prämierte Kostümdesignerin Colleen Atwood („Alice im Wunderland“, „Sweeney Todd: Der teuflische Barbier aus der Fleet Street“, „Sleepy Hollow“), der mit einem Oscar ausgezeichnete Creative Supervisor für Creature Effects und Special Makeup FX Neal Scanlan („Sweeney Todd: Der teuflische Barbier aus der Fleet Street“, „Charlie und die Schokoladenfabrik“), der Oscar-nominierte Komponist Danny Elfman („Big Fish - Der Zauber, der ein Leben zur Legende macht“, „Nightmare Before Christmas“, „Batman“) sowie die Oscar-prämierte Hair- und Make-up-Designerin Christine Blundell („Topsy-Turvy - Auf den Kopf gestellt“).
„Beetlejuice Beetlejuice“ wird von Warner Bros. Pictures präsentiert. Der exklusive Start im Kino und in IMAX-Theatern ist international ab dem 4. September 2024 vorgesehen. In Deutschland startet der Film am 12. September 2024. Den weltweiten Vertrieb übernimmt Warner Bros. Pictures.

Endlich erscheint die fortsetzung❤❤❤❤❤❤
Endlich mal wieder ein anständiger Filmemacher, der einen ordentlichen Film produziert hat und die moderne Technik gekonnt in Szene setzt...so muss Kino sein. Und er holte ihn nicht aus Verzweiflung aus der Mottenkiste, sondern weil offenkundig die Inspiration zugeschlagen hatte. Ach Tim Burton...VIELEN DANK!
Und dabei habe ich den Film noch nicht einmal gesehen, nur 1 Minute vom 2,5 Minuten Trailer....Jetzt habe ich sogar noch mehr Lust, dass der Herbst endlich kommt und ich den ersten Teil endlich mal gucken kann. Horror ist nicht unbedingt mein Genre, aber der Film und sein Vorgänger sehen brachial gut aus! Ich hänge wie ein Fisch am Haken...
ABER bitte...Warner Brothers, hört wenigstens ihr endlich auf die Zuschauer: Trailer oder Teaser sollten nur genug Material zeigen, um eine Vorstellung von Qualität, Atmosphäre und Schauspielerleistung zu erhalten. Dazu reichen im Grunde 30 Sekunden! Und keine Spoiler mehr...das nervt. Selbst wenn man nur 1 Minute davon guckt, wird einem zu viel verraten.
Freue mich auf den Film 👍

Liebes WB DE: die Stimme von Joachim Tennstedt passt hier leider gar nicht, da die Rolle des Beetlejuice schon etwas mehr braucht, um nur Michael Keaton zu vertonen. Das hört sich hier einfach nur furchtbar an. Ich hab die Hälfte was er gesagt hat nicht mal verstanden, WAS er sagen wollte.
Der ursprüngliche Synchronsprecher Ulrich Gressieker ist leider verstorben🙏er hatte im 1 Teil Micheal Keaton übernommen.. Der aktuelle von ihm bis jetzt in jedem Film Joachim Tennstedt.. Normal das Sie ihn hier wieder nehmen. Allerdings weil man es nicht gewohnt ist vom 1Teil hört und passt es diesmal absolut nicht zusammen..
Im englischen Trailer tatsächlich ähnlich ;)
Ja irgendwie fehlt es an dieser "quirkiness", diese Schrulligkeit in der Stimme die die Figur so ausmacht. Finde das aber auch in der englischen Version nicht rund diesmal. Finde den trailer trotzdem ganz gut.

Keine ahnung was Beetlejuice im Trailer sagt, es hört sich an wie rauschen und knirschen... Oder als müsste der Sprecher seit 10 Stunden aufs Klo aber durfte bis jetzt nicht gehen.
Ist die Stammstimme von Michael Keaton, der mittlerweile schon sehr sehr alt ist. Hört sich furchtbar an.

Um ehrlich zu sein. Die Stimme ist von der Art her schon recht an Keaton dran, auch von der kratzigen Art zu reden… musst mal den Trailer auf englisch schauen. Im ersten Teil damals klang es anders
Also die deutsche synchronsprecher haben es leider voll vermasselt. Ich würde es lieber auf englisch schauen

Mittlerweile sieht man immer die besten Szenen eines Films schon im Trailer....die Filmindustrie zerstört sich selber ein wenig
